Comfortable stay for work
Pros:

Good location. Comfortable room. Breakfast was also nice with many options.

Cons:

My room was close to the road so I was hearing the sound of cars and motorcycles from your room every night.

Great place for business travelers in BSD City.
Pros:

Hotel is great for business and leisure in BSD City. Wonderful And knowledgeable concierge team (thanks Suherdi!) and good breakfast to start your day well. Rooms fine for business travelers, fairly big and comfortable.

Cons:

Nothing, really liked the stay for conference and some sightseeing. Returning customer

Pros:

It is a great conference hotel for events in ICE BSD City in a very prepared setting for busy conference participants. Service is quick and efficient, appropriate rooms, and great breakfast service. Special shoutout to their concierge service that attend to all requests.

Nothing, I think everything went well. Staying here again.

I stayed at Santika to attend Amazing You training. Had a good and comfortable stay here.
Pros:

room is spacious and clean. massage service can be called to the room. Otherwise. The bellboy was also helpful and friendly, helped me to find solution for my Grab

Great stay
Pros:

The staff is helpful, fast response and the breakfast is very good

Cons:

Some of the ironing board and iron that we borrowed doesn't really work and some of the iron has exposed wires which can be dangerous.

Pros:

The hotel is good for business people attending exhibitions in the attached convention center. It has good designed rooms with modern bathroom, comfortable bed, mattress and pillows.

Cons:

There is not too much around the hotel and you need a car or taxi for moving around, since restaurants etc are not within walking distance.

Best location hotel but need service dan room interior improvement
Pros:

best location hotel if you have something to do in ICE BSD,just a few minute walk distance to ICE

Cons:

the rules of check out time was too strict for me compare to other Hotel chain I've ever stayed in,bath room need extra protection for shower area so the water don't go out to other area,the shower gel was good ( Sensatia brand ) but they fill the shower gel and shampoo bottle with the same liquid
