Nothing at all.
When I booked it said there was parking, when I rang on the way there they said there was scratch cards to park on the street for free, when I got there I was told they had no scratch cards and I would have to park in nearby car park, that cost me £12 to park in overnight, also when I booked it said it included breakfast, but when I got there I was told I had to pay for breakfast. The meals we had was very small and not that nice, microwave rice, don't think I will be returning
The web site says parking not true £13.10 5 minutes walk who ever designed the room needs too stay in room 3 too make a cup of tea place the kettle on the floor as plug socket in the wrong place paint flakes above the bed loose fittings in the bathroom this is after a so called refurb
The room was clean and the staff were amazing. The food is good in the bar downstairs too. Get a parking permit from the bar. We managed to get a space just one street along.
We had to buy a fan for the room as it was so hot being at the top if the house, but to be fair, we were there during the first heatwave.
Clean room, comfy bed at a good price. Ideal location and base for our short stay. Wanted Sunday Lunch but they’d sold out. Not surprised as it looked delicious!
No parking with room but Westcliffe car park wasn’t too far away.
Accueil d'arrivée déplorable par une personne qui a ete désagréable (meme pas de reponse à notre bonjour) mais le reste du personnel a été très sympa.
Lots of stairs to get to room electric went off in morning so no lights or could not use kettle
No parking
We didn't have breakfast. Even though the pub downstairs had football on we couldn't hear anything. Disable people would struggle as there was a few flight of stairs but we didn't have a problem. It was in a good position as one way up the hill you get to the beach and the other way going down hill got you to the harbour. There isn't parking at the pub but they gave us a parking pass for on street parking. Would definetly go there again
Couldn't park the car close as it was very busy and most of the parking places full.
The location was great. The rooms clean with modern bathrooms and decor.
It says parking on the listing - but is only street parking with a permit card. Thankfully we found one not too far away but that should be clearer at the time of booking. Food - we sat in the bar around 6.30pm looking at the bar menu clearly displayed. Asked to order but was told they were only cooking for people who had booked! We reminded the bar man we were residential guests and could something be made - "No - no exceptions - there wasn't enough food in to do that" So we had to go out. Interesting that menus for 'room service' were displayed in the rooms - we didn't even attempt that option. Breakfast - one option a cooked breakfast which was lovely and well cooked. But only one time we could have it - 9.30am. This place has many things going for it - but needs to be accurate in description. It is a pub with nice well cleaned rooms. Everything else seems to be too much for them at the moment.
Location was perfect, close to everything including harbour and beach.
The bed was super comfy and the bedding was nice white cotton which smelled lovely and the room was clean.
Hand wash, body wash and shampoo is provided and all smelled lovely.
Tea and coffee facilities appreciated in the room and very nice biscuits.
The bar downstairs was great and so convenient providing doubles of spirits for just £2 on top of usual price which wasn't inflated.
The property provided parking permits for the surrounding streets which is great avoiding the stress of being given a parking ticket.
Our room (no 2) was a good size with a double bed and a sofa, however, there was a smell of damp as soon as we entered the room, there was an abundance of woodchip wallpaper and a lot of damp patches which was a surprise as the reviews stated that the rooms had been refurbished.
There was a hair dryer within our wardrobe but no mirror provided, this could easily be fitted to either the front of the wardrobe door or inside it as the only other mirror was in the bathroom above the sink.
Our companions were in room 1, their room was too small really to accommodate the sofa in there, (maybe a dressing table could be considered?) and also had a damp smell. They did have a mirror but it was of no use as it wasn't fixed to anything.
I don't expect the room to be cleaned every day on a two night stay but would expect the tea bags and milk to be replenished which it was not.
Very good location and rooms were very clean
Nothing it was good
Clean , nicely decorated, quiet, excellent staff.
Room was the perfect size, the bed was very comfy and the shower was just what you needed. The pub downstairs was amazing, with such lovely and friendly staff and the managers who would do absolutely anything for you
Nothing at all
Location good. I didnt have any meals at the hotel (accommodation only)as I got around. The room while small had all the expected facilities.Clean and tidy
One basic thing. The room although it only had a small window was really hot. I suppose air conditioning has seldom been needed in the past?. The climate is changing.
Great location ,loved the cosy little bedroom bed so comfy also a good shower .Enjoyed our stay at the Granby Hotel .
No complaints
Lovely and clean . Friendly staff.

Manged to park close by.
