The Hotel Blackpool

I left this hotel late at night after discovering multiple insects on the bedding consistent with adult and juvenile bed bugs. I took photographs and felt unable to stay in the room. I then had to pay for alternative accommodation elsewhere.

The rooms were also filthy with multiple fire safety regulation breaches and the bedroom ceiling leaked.

The hotel's response was dismissive and did not provide any meaningful resolution. I have since reported my concerns regarding the property to the relevant external authorities, Trading Standards, Environmental Health etc for investigation.

I also raised the matter with Booking.com and have been extremely disappointed with how the complaint has been handled. Despite providing evidence and details of my additional costs, the response and proposed compensation have been wholly inadequate.

Based on my experience, I would never stay or even step foot in the place again.

Don’t bother about going to breakfast it’s false it’s definitely not all you can eat. Was told when checking in only 1 chef so took a long time to a get a very small portion. Toaster is temperamental we were told so didn’t work when we tried ,cutlery was so dirty it was unusable also in the middle of the breakfast room one of the staff members slept and his bedsheet and snacks was all over the floor was a musky smell.

Hotel to bardzo wygórowana nazwa dla tego miejsca. Ściany jak z dykty, nieszczelne okna, wszystko słychać na około. Brak papieru toaletowego w łazience i ręcznika, którym może przetrzeć podłogę po wzięciu prysznica. Skutkowało to chodzeniem po mokrej podłodze. Bardzo na minus to serwowanie śniadania od godziny 9.

In the room was OK but in the bathroom was not the shower was disgusting. Wrong instructions for the hot water the sink dint empty
Extensions everywhere and plugged in to one and another.
Breakfast was not any better the cups the glasses knife and forks the floor was disgusting
The staff was not clean or helpful
STAY AWAY

Waited over 50 mins for breakfast.people getting served before us in the end walked out without breakfast.said it would only be 15 mins

A little tired looking

It’s a budget friendly hotel, so there are things that if I paid like, 30 pounds a night more I would expect to be different. Such as bed comfort, maybe a bit cleaner, but theses things weren’t even too bad factoring the great price. I would say they send you a message saying don’t expect a champagne hotel on a Stella Artois budget, it was a bit jarring and made me thing what have I booked here. But I do think the message was selling it a bit short lol. Maybe an Echo Falls budget would be more fitting lol

Breakfast is delay .please mention the breakfast time at the booking stage

We paid for Bed & Breakfast the fry up they offer very different to what you get. (No egg, no hash brown)No Breakfast available on second morning so had pay else where. The suite showed a coffee table in the room none there. Also states there a bar there not open any more.
Surely It would be better if upto date details are added.
