Megbízható hotel
Pros:

A hotel felújítás alatt áll, de erről előre informáltak, tehát nem ért meglepetésként. Talán emiatt olcsóbb is volt a foglalás, a többi hotelhez képest jóval alacsonyabb áron szálltam meg. A szoba tiszta volt, kellően felszerelt. Az építkezés zaja nem szűrődött be. Az ágy számomra kényelmes volt. A szobaszerviz is rendben van, a személyzet kedves és segítőkész. Egy éjszakával előbb jelentkeztem ki, és vissza akarták fizetni az árat, amitől eltekintettem. Van egy jól felszerelt konditermük is, a medence valóban fűtött és tiszta, lehet benne úszni. Egy barber shop is van a hotelben, jó áron dolgoznak! Az Uber sofőrök könnyen odatalálnak. Relatíve közel van a reptérhez. Mindössze 800 méterre van egy Carrefour is, igaz gyalog kihívás átmenni az utakon.

Cons:

A szobában a ruhásszekrényben kicsit állott volt a szag, érdemes lenne a régebbi bútorokat lecserélni. Ennek ellenére teljesen elégedett vagyok, és vissza akarok látogatni, amikor már teljesen kész lesz a hotel.

Pros:

Lovely big room, bathtub and the food in the restaurant for dinner was amazing.

I wouldn’t stay there again! Beware of the hidden costs!
Pros:

It was clean and the breakfast was nice. They let me take away the breakfast one of the days on my safari.

Cons:

They scammed me into paying too much for laundry service!!! And when I complained they said there’s nothing they can do and they won’t let me check out unless I pay! As you can see in the photo, 1040 ksh for not even half a load of laundry! When they gave me a price list for the laundry, they only had prices for blouse, shorts and towel, and when I asked how much for the 2 bikinis, bikini dress coverup, and the socks, they couldn’t tell me the price, but I assumed it wouldn’t be a lot. Turns out it’s 600 ksh just for those, which is a total scam! I bet they don’t do this with locals, only with tourists! And all my Kenyan friends agree with me. My other hotel i stayed at only charged me 500ksh for a full load of laundry, 3 times as much clothes! Also, my room didn’t include an iron for my clothes, and other reviewers say you have to pay extra for that too, which is also unheard of!
