Pros:

Hotel mieści się przy zamku, w centrum miasta. Pracownicy są życzliwi, chętnie pomagają i spełniają prośby. Pokoje są małe, ale czyste i wygodne. Łóżka wygodne. Bardzo dobre śniadanie, pyszna kawa z ekspresu.

Cons:

Trochę słabe oświetlenie w pokoju i pracę remontowe przy hotelu zakłócanie spokój w restauracji. Na szczęście w pokoju nie przeszkadzało to, ponieważ dostałam 2 piętro nie od strony kościoła.

Die zentrumsnahe Lage hatte mich etwas mit Sorge erfüllt wegen des eventuellen Straßenlärms. In der Nacht sprang die Klimaanlage aber unbemerkt an (schön kühl zum Schlafen), so dass die geschlossenen Fenster die Nachtruhe nicht beeinträchtigten. Die Fahrräder konnten wir in einem Keller abstellen. Das Frühstück war ok.

In unserem Zimmer war es so laut, dass von Erholung keine Rede sein konnte. Schuld war die Lüftung der Küche, die angeblich nur zwischen 22 und 6 Uhr ausgestellt wird.

Lokalizacja obiektu bardzo dobra. Parking zaraz obok

Cons:

Dostaliśmy pokój, który miał na zewnętrznej .ścianie wentylatory z kuchni. Do godz 21 nie było mowy o żadnym odpoczynku. Nawet nie dało się rozmawiać.Od rana znowu to samo więc szybko opuściliśmy nocleg.

Bardzo przyjemny i kameralny hotel. Czysto, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna. Śniadania bardzo dobre, na pewno każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie. Jedyny minus to brak chociaż małej chłodziarki w pokoju. Czasem jest potrzebna na leki lub żywność dla dzieci.

Bardzo polecam, warto tutaj się zatrzymać.
Pros:

Pokoje przestronne, bardzo czysto, w pokojach czajniczek i kawa czy herbata są do dyspozycji. Bardzo wygodne łóżka. Szczelne ściany i okna, mało słychać z zewnątrz. Duży wybór na śniadaniu. Lokalizacja świetna, blisko parku i centrum.

Świetna lokalizacja, czyste i zadbane pokoje z wygodnym łóżkami. Profesjonalna obsługa, przesympatyczna Pani w recepcji. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne - niczego nam nie brakowało. Jak chcesz weekendowo zwiedzić sobie Brzeg i komfortowo wypocząć to wybierz hotel Arte. Szczerze polecam.

Für zwei drei Tage in Ordnung. Freundlichkeit wird groß geschrieben.
Pros:

Schöne Unterkunft, die Möbel leider schon etwas älter deswegen auch nicht mehr ganz so bequem.
Das Sofa ließ sich gar nicht öffnen und die Liegefläche war schief.

Sonst aber alles sehr gut.
Perfekte Lage, sehr leckeres Frühstück. Sehr freundlicher Service und auch sonst alles da.

Cons:

Das Bett und das Sofa waren nicht besonders bequem.
Nur Mini Fläschchen Duschgel, zu wenig.
