Pros:

L emplacement enface le basilique
Gentilles des jeunes et la dame, par contre le monsieur du matin...

Cons:

Ascenseur en panne , 5 étages à pied.
Petit déjeuner copieux pour ceux qui aime le sucré, peu de valable pour ceux qui aime plutôt le salé.
Cage de l escalier très sal , n on parle pas de la rampe...

Ok for one night but I wouldn't stay longer
Pros:

Staff were reasonably helpful and could speak English. The property is well located for the bars & restaurants in the centre. The room was well decorated.

Cons:

The lift was broken when we arrived. The toilet had been used and not flushed. The air conditioning was noisy enough to disturb my sleep. We couldn't open the windows. The room had a wet-room instead of a shower so the whole bathroom was unnecessarily wet.

Chambre un peu petite quand on est 2 !!!
Pas d'emplacement pour les valises
A peine une serviette de toilette par personne
un seul oreiller supplémentaire alors que nous sommes 2, il a fallu demander !
les verres en carton de la salle de bain au bout d'une semaine ne sont plus très étanches !!!!
Manque de patères pour suspendre les affaires !

Specific problems - but no way for me to address directly with Ibis on their site
Pros:

Well I tried hard to work out where to feed back within Ibis site - impossible! So my comments will go here.
It seemed newly refurbished and fine but there were two very irritating things -
There were no cups (paper fine) for the water I need to take medication at bed time, and so had to dress and go down to get. Also, the bathroom bin had no lid, which I assume would be a nightmare for a menstruating woman in some circumstances, or for people with certain medical conditions. Never come across either problem before, in quite a bit of travelling.

Sehr nett, sehr gute Lage, Parkplatz gegenüber.

Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut. Die Einrichtung ist sehr gepflegt und recht neu.
