Friendly Staff and Comfortable Stay
Pros:

Had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were exceptional—friendly, attentive, and proactive. I really appreciated the complimentary room upgrade, late check-out, and the thoughtful assistance from the doorman and front desk. The suite was spacious, clean, and well-equipped.

The only downside was the weekend crowd. The swimming pool was very busy throughout our stay, so my daughter couldn't fully enjoy it. Breakfast was decent but could be improved, especially the Western selection and food temperature. Despite that, the excellent hospitality made our stay enjoyable.

Pros:

Cons:
