Nice, pleasant, comfortable stay.
Pros:

It’s very well maintained, clean and comfortable. Staff super friendly, respectful. I would like to thank you personally Lorenzo, the receptionist, for upgrading our room and providing all the help required.

The location made our quick weekend trip super comfortable and safe
Pros:

Clean rooms, efficient staff, yummy breakfast, less than a 10 minute car ride from the Kia Stadium for a concert

Cons:

The breakfast could have more options. Maybe it wasnt available during our stay but we've stayed at other Hampton locations that offered biscuits and gravy or cheese and salsa for the omelets.

Pros:

I arrived on 6/19/ 2026 around 8 p.m. and got inside the room, and the bathroom floors were dirty, and I pulled back the sheets, and they were also dirty. I complained to the front desk, and the young man on duty said that he would notify the manager. The next day, had the same issue and I went downstairs again and told the young lady, and she said the same and assured that the room would be cleaned. I also have pictures...of the sheets, tub, and floor.

Very nice and safe hotel with a great location for the KIA Center.
Pros:

Loved the use extra uses of the keycard!

Cons:

The breakfast area was not maintained well. Dry cereal and waffle batter everywhere. No potatoes, fruit bowl or coffee (We had to yell into the kitchen to ask for more. The employee was back there eating and licking her fingers. Gross!).
