Un sejur reușit, cu multe puncte pozitive.
Pros:

Micul dejun a fost foarte divers. Ai ce și de unde sa alegi.

Cons:

La etajul IV, unde am avut camera, niște sportive (handbaliste) cazate pe același palier au strigat și au făcut gălăgie vreo 2 ore, între 22:30 și 0:30. Cam neplăcut, totuși.

Bellissima camera con salottino, bagno molto ampio. Parcheggio comodo

L’ingresso alla piscina no è gratis come dovrebbe ma costa circa €.17 a persona!!!

Decent 4* with no thills.
Pros:

Best location, modern, large facilities.
I like very much the fan-coil placed at the window. Much less annoying. Good sound insulation and blackout.

Cons:

Cheap choice of products from soap to breakfast food. Below average. Shower cabin too small - there was space for a larger one. Poor choice. Toilet bowl so small to fit behind an unnecessary large door. Just poor design.

The room was very clean and very comfortable.

The room was close to the street and to the tram track and it was noisy in the morning. Maybe the windows are not soundproofed.

Perfect pwntru orice tip de calatorie
Pros:

Aflat in centrul Craiovei, aproape de obiectivele majore, cu parcare privata, confortabil, cu servicii complete si foarte bune, restaurant cu mancare gustoasa, spa, curatenie si camere mari, mobilate modern.

Cons:

Spa-ul nu este inclus in pretul camerei.

Lipsa de investitii majore in ultimii 10 ani - locatie neactualizata la anul 2026
Pros:

Locatia centrala in Craiova, camere mari cu suprafete decente, mochetare, insonorizare, recirculare apa calda, minibar silentios peltier, climatizare eficienta, saltele bune si odihna buna in camere. Omleta de calitate, fasole coapta si fagure de miere la mic dejun au fost plusuri. Wi-fi ok la viteze dar cu conectare anevoioasa printr-o metoda de acum 10-15 ani.

Cons:

Nu s-au mai facut investitii in hotel de multi ani ca sa fie actualizat. Mochetele in hotel si restaurant vechi si uzate, nu sunt baterii termostatate la baie, in restaurant nu sunt fete de mese albe curate ci arata mai degraba a taverna. Produsele reci nu sunt tinute in vitrine frigorifice, pahare de sucuri foarte uzate, iar ospatarii, picolii cam repeziti sa debaraseze mesele fara a fi atenti daca revine clientul inapoi la masa. Cel mai deranjant a fost faptul ca locurile de parcare sunt mult subdimensionate in raport cu numarul de camere al hotelului. Abia am gasit un loc de parcare inghesuit de a trebuit sa fac 10 manevre sa pot introduce automobilul acolo. O supraetajare ori parcare subterana e necesara locatiei urgent.

La geamul de la camera 417 am gasit in loc de plasa de tantari, plasa de paianjeni. Se poate verifica.
Locatia duce lipsa de investitii evidente in ultimii 10 ani si nu merita banii ceruti, care apropo sunt mai multi decat la acelasi hotel al grupului, din......Dubai !!!!
