The Urban Oasis SPA & Wellness is open Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 22:00, and on Saturday and Sunday from 07:00 to 22:00, except between 09:00 and 11:00. For children aged 2 to 14, access is available from 07:00 to 17:00.

The Winter Holiday Fair is open from 15 November to 5 January from 07:00 to 22:00.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.

Very nice hotel
Pros:

In comparison to Ramada from Bucharest Airport this Ramada hotel in Craiova is lightyears away in terms of quality. Everything was just perfect! The breakfast was amazing, staff very friendly, bed very comfy, quiet rooms, nice clean and big room with large bathroom. Amazing room service. I will definitely come back and I can highly recommend it.

Dl. receptione Petrisor, a fost extrem de amabil, iar disponibilitatea lui in a gestiona solicitarile avute si prompitudinea sunt remarcabile. Felicitati pentru atitudinea avuta, rar se intalnesc in domeniul HORECA persoane asa amabile.

Cons:

Unele aspecte la nivel de detaliu ale hotelui se pot inbunatati tinand cont ca face parte dintr-un lant de hoteluri internationale. Per total experienta foarte pozitiva

Am avut o experiență excelentă la Ramada Plaza Craiova și pot spune că este unul dintre cele mai bune hoteluri la care am fost cazată .

Totul a fost la superlativ, începând cu personalul, care este extrem de amabil, profesionist și atent la nevoile clienților. Atmosfera este primitoare, iar serviciile oferite sunt de cea mai bună calitate.

Curățenia este impecabilă atât în camere, cât și în toate spațiile hotelului. Camera a fost foarte confortabilă, bine întreținută și dotată cu tot ce este necesar pentru o ședere plăcută.

Micul dejun este diversificat și gustos, iar întregul personal contribuie la o experiență deosebită. Se vede că există grijă pentru detalii și respect față de oaspeți.

Felicitări întregii echipe Ramada Plaza Craiova pentru profesionalism și pentru standardele ridicate pe care le mențineți! Cu siguranță asta mă face să revin de fiecare dată, voi recomanda acest hotel tuturor celor care își doresc confort, curățenie și servicii de calitate.

Cons:

Mieliśmy zarezerwowany apartament z łóżkiem King size a dostaliśmy pokój z dwoma oddzielnymi łóżkami , co prawda po interwencji w recepcji Pani sprzątająca złączyła łóżka i zaścieliła je jednym dużym prześcieradłem ale niesmak pozostał, mieliśmy tylko jeden komplet ręczników który następnie uzupełniono o drugi komplet , brak szlafroków w pokoju był uciążliwy ponieważ w tej sprawie trzeba było kontaktować się z recepcją . Ponadto zdziwiło nas pobieranie dodatkowej opłaty za strefę spa . Korzystałam też z masażu, polecam .
