Curtains do not block light.
TV has barely 2 channels and picture not clear.
Every time electricity goes out and generator automatically kicks in, the Air Conditioning resets and needs to adjust it again. Same for the TV.
Disappointing hotel status.
Ask direct clear question to finance about refund and he goes all wild without answering clearly and directly your question.
Booked and paid one night before arrival as I am checking in very early in the morning, than got a message from hotel before check in asking to send them message once i land?????? I paid for room 1 night before so room should be ready and waiting for me.
I checked out 1 night early due to such a miserable status and disappointing experience and got surprised no refund for the night i did not stay.
