The staff was wonderful. They were incredibly positive and helpful throughout my visit. I was also upgraded to a fantastic room. The location is perfect, with everything you need in Achrafieh just a few steps away. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, and I loved the rooftop restaurant and bar. Overall, a stellar hotel.
