Nice location, very helpful and friendly staff. They offered me a complimentary late check-out, which I really appreciated! My lunch was excellent!

Cons:

My room was a little small and unfortunately didn’t have much of a view. I also expected a little more variety at breakfast.

l’hôtel est très très smart et propre.
des que l’on rentre vous avez la senteur de la marque de l’hôtel qui vous donne une sensation de bien être immédiate.
Les chambres sont propres.
Le matériel est bien. Rien à redire.
Je remercie l’efficacité de Sarah qui a transformé ma réservation très rapidement en 5 nuits au lieu d’une.
La gentillesse et le sourire de Salim à mon arrivée.
Anthony qui a été à mes petits soins le soir au roof top.
Sally et sa réactivité et son amabilité.
Mustapha alerte dès que nous mettons le pied dans l’espace salle à manger.
Peter qui est le stagiaire est top !
Rafi très agréable également.
J’y reviendrai très prochainement.
