素晴らしい宿泊でした

2022年から何度か宿泊しています。友人達との旅行、家族旅行など。
今回はBTSの釜山公演で利用させてもらいました。
釜山市内の他のホテルが不当キャンセル・不当値上げを繰り返す中、アーバンホテルは一切そのようなこともなく、心配なく予約を完了することができました。
事前の質問・問い合わせも30分以内には明確な回答が届き、とても誠実な対応でした。
ホテル自体もとても便利で清潔、それに対してとてもリーズナブルな料金でした。
釜山に行く時はまたぜひ利用させてください。

Pros:

位置不錯，西面站7號出口步行不用10分鐘，附近也有藥局、大創、Olive Young等可以逛。

Cons:

房間內的感應燈太敏銳，不能另外關掉感應的話容易開開關關的有點煩；房間電視很難開關，希望有操作說明；衣架都固定在衣櫥內，外面沒有地方可以掛。

Pros:

There’s an elevator at exit 7 of Seomyeon station, so no need to carry your luggage up the stairs.
I was really grateful to get to check-in early at noon when I arrived the hotel. Though there were some misunderstanding so I was arranged an unready room initially, the counter helped me out really quickly.

Cons:

The lobby was at the highest floor of the hotel and the door on the first floor is opened all the time without security. Feel a little unsafe if anything happened.

ライブ観戦時の飲食店探しに困らない立地
Pros:

立地がとてもよいこととスタッフの方が親切なことです。
今回6/12のBTSのライブ観戦のために滞在したのですが、
ライブ後0時頃になっても24時間営業のレストランもある程度あり、食事にも便利な場所でした。
デジクッパ、ナッコプセなどのレストランが開いていて助かりました

Nice hotel
Pros:

It’s in a good location. Short distance to the subway station. There are lots of shops around the vicinity. When you go inside the building. You have to take the elevator to the 13th floor to check in. Yes. Their lobby is in 13th floor. The rooms, bed. Overall the hotel is well maintained & comfortable.

Cons:

The hotel carpet looks dirty. Its new though It’s the design/ style I guess otherwise the hotel is impeccable.
