The view from the room was blocked by timber paling

The only thing that saves this place is the staff and the restaurant.
I’ve stayed here twice so far and both times the rooms were not clean. The bathrooms are the worst kept area. In the showers the build of of soap scum and pink film makes you wonder when last they actually cleaned the bathroom. There is mould in the sinks and the floors are dirty. The room has thick layers of dust. The second stay I paid for a higher room class thinking itl be better but was also the same. It had a lounge seat in it that was torn and clearly seen better days. Housekeeping really lets this place down.

I paid an extra $30 per day to park which was not booked ahead. It appeared to me that everyone who had booked parking was allocated a bay via their name being shown against a bay. This was not allocated to me and parking on the Saturday night became an issue.
Great location great staff, rooms were quiet and comfortable. I would defiantly stay again if staying in a city location. Did not get chance to eat inhouse.
The car parking very limited and for a medium-size hotel it has 8 or 10 complimentary car parks and ones in basement you had to pay for were great but only maybe 30 at most. No milk provided in room and has to ask 3 times before we got some.
Breakfast was busy and there was no food in the trays. So had to wait a long time in the que. Buy the time we got there thing where empty again. Maybe we should have been notified about a good time to come to breakfast?
The people. Every single staff member was so welcoming, genuinely kind, friendly, caring and honest. I loved my stay there because of the Amazing people who work there. Besides, the king studio was absolutely fantastic. It was the best hotel that I have ever stayed for sure. I totally recommend it for everyone.

We just managed to get. A table but no cutlery
Also the food and fruit kept on running out
I understand it was busy but surely better plans should be I place for a long weekend
Especially when you’re accommodating tourists from all over the world
