Pros:

Comfortable bed, great shower and plenty of room!

Cons:

Just a little bit sticky finger marks on glass door to bedroom, bathroom door frame... kitchen sink drainage has tea/coffee stains... In saying that I'm fussy about cleaning, these are not negative comments just my standards 😒 sorry about that. We really enjoyed our stay staff all really lovely...

Exactly as advertised. Children welcome. Simple fantastic customer service
Pros:

I have stayed here for business previously and am very pleased to experience consistant excellent service and facilities no matter the client or whos paying. I knew what the rooms were like, the easy access and use of onsite parking, and location in the city. I would recommend to friends with no hesitation.
Also liked the kids ate breakfast for free with paying adults - young kids are small eaters so often dont warrant paying full price.

Pleasant but the basics should’ve been covered.
Cons:

After the first night our beds weren’t made & rubbish bins not emptied? I had to leave a note the next morning asking to rectify it?
