Tôi có nhận phòng buổi chiều 8/5/2026 ( khoảng 16h, khi tôi bước vào khách sạn có hai cậu lễ tân nam đứng trong quầy, tôi có hỏi để check in phòng, có cậu bên trong gửi khoá. Và ...
Tôi có bế e bé gần 2 tuổi, trong người tôi có rất nhiều hành lý, không được một câu đề xuất hỗ trợ giúp đỡ về hành lý lên phòng( home có thể xem , nghe lại cam) ko có nhân viên lên hướng dẫn cách sử dụng các tiện ích trong phòng.
Tôi chủ động bước vào thang máy, khi không bấm được tôi lại bế con và hành lý ra nhờ một cậu vào. Và vẫn không có ý kiến gì về việc hỗ trợ khách
Tôi không đánh giá cao về ấn tượng ban đầu. Nhưng hôm sau tôi cảm nhận ấm áp hơn, có sự nhạy bén từ 1 nhân viên nữ khi check out, bạn ấy hỗ trợ đồ ra tận xe ở sảnh, rất tươi cười và nhiệt tình.
Tôi sẽ không quay lại ksan và sẽ không giới thiệu bạn bè của tôi.

Awesome experience.
Pros:

The size of the apartment, comfortable bed, excellent toilet. The kitchenette is very good. Coffee machine is good. Minibar is well stocked. Most important the staff are very helpful. They even arranged breakfast on the day of departure at 4 AM.

Nothing.
