Location, wonderful breakfast, kind staff and accomdstions were lovely.
Pros:

Location and attentiveness of staff. Miele, the owner, was on site, chatting with us. Helped arrange a wonderful dinner reservation for 8 last minute and gave our group of 8 us a parting gift of lovely chocolates!

Cons:

I liked everything. We had a minor issue as I was packing my suitcase to leave, I realized that a mouse had gotten into the hydration packets and vitamins left in my empty suitcase.

Sjarm og særpreg, flott beliggenhet!
Pros:

Perfekt beliggenhet til alt av fasiliteter samtidig med en tilbaketrukket nydelig terrasse. Kjempegod frokost og veldig imøtekommende og hyggelig personale. Ingen luksus, men til gjengjeld sjarm og særpreg!

2ns time is a charm
Pros:

This was my 2ns time staying. I stayed last year. I was in the 3rd floor this time... No elevators so get a good workout. The location is great! The staff are friendly. The bed and room is comfortable and showers are great. I'll be back

No elevator but this is an old historic building so it's understandable

What a gem of a hotel. The location, staff, breakfast, cleanliness were first class. Would definitely come back.

Pros:

Great location, very clean, lovely room with exposed old brickwork. Vladimir was fantastic, very friendly and very accommodating.

The location of the Hotel is second to none. The staff were incredibly helpful, especially the lady at the reception when we checked in. An ideal location from which to explore this amazing city. Breakfast was goo too.
