Sehr schõn, komme gerne wieder!
Pros:

Für mich eine perfekte Lage, 10min zu Fuss (oder 5 min mit dem Bus) zur U1 Kaisermühlen und dann in kurzer Zeit in der Innenstadt. In der Nähe unbedingt den Eissalon Trento (Schüttauplatz) besuchen, für mich seit Jahrzehnten eines der besten Gelati Wiens. Gut ausgestattetes Apartment, alles da was man braucht. Supermarkt direkt um die Ecke.

Vienna a portata di metro!
Pros:

Ottima posizione in un quartiere tranquillo ma ben collegato dai mezzi; buon appartamento, proprietari gentili e disponibili, parcheggio sotterraneo (a pagamento)

Cons:

Nulla; forse un po caldo ma fuori faceva freddo quindi non è stato un problema

Pros:

Perfekte Unterkunft für eine Konferenz im ACV (fußläufig vom Konferenzzentrum), und auch die Anbindung ans Stadtzentrum ist gut. Kleiner Supermarkt im Nachbargebäude, sehr gutes indisches Restaurant (Curry Vibes) 3 Gehminuten entfernt. Geräumige Wohnung, gut ausgestattet und sauber. Klimaanlage (im Wohnzimmer) vorhanden, aber dank der ruhigen Lage kann man auch gut mit offenem Schlafzimmer-Fenster schlafen. Check-in erfolgt am Wochenende über einen per E-Mail zugesandten Code, was problemlos funktioniert hat.

Cons:

Mülltrennung scheint in der Wohnung nicht vorgesehen zu sein (?), da nur ein Mülleinmer vorhanden war.

Sehr ruhige und doch nahe am Zentrum gelegene Wohnung
Pros:

Wir sind mit unserem Auto angekommen, in die Garage gestellt und die ganze Woche mit den Öffentlichen gefahren. Die Lage ist dazu perfekt. Unsere Wohnung ging in den Innenhof, wo es superleise war. Keine Verkehrslärm, auch sonst kein Lärm. Auch war in der Wohnung alles was man braucht.

Cons:

Ich hätte mir ein breiteres Bett gewünscht. Bin dann auf die Schlafcouch im Wohnzimmer ausgewichen.

Pros:

Czysto, bardzo przyjaźni gospodarze. Lokalizacja świetna. Świetne połączenie bez przesiadek z Hauptbahnhof. 20 minut autobusem miejskim od terenów zielonych i Parku Narodowego. Zaraz obok sklep Billa. Spokojna zielona dzielnica mieszkaniowa.

Excellent!
Pros:

Everything was great. The apartment is clean, tidy, and fully equipped. It’s located in a very quiet neighborhood, so you can enjoy excellent sleep. The metro station is just a 5–10 minute walk away, and you can reach the city center in about 20 minutes. I would highly recommend it to everyone.
