We absolutely loved our 3-night stay at Hotel Moments Budapest. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and they explained everything we needed to know.
The hotel was spotless, well-organized, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, and we slept wonderfully every night.
The breakfast was varied and delicious, with plenty of options to choose from.
We mentioned that we were celebrating a birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a bottle of brut and a personal birthday card, which was such a thoughtful gesture.
Thank you for making our Budapest trip so special and memorable. We truly appreciate the hospitality and highly recommend this hotel!
If there is one area for improvement, it would be the coffee served at breakfast. A higher-quality coffee option would make the breakfast experience even better. Other than that, everything was wonderful.

La ubicación es excelente y la habitación es muy silenciosa. El personal muy amable y eficiente. El desayuno muy bueno y variado.
Encontramos la habitación un poco pequeña, aunque cómoda y luminosa. En el baño hemos echado de menos una superficie para poner los artículos de aseo, los tuvimos que dejar dentro de la bolsa de aseo.
