Great Location, Helpful Staff, but Cleanliness Needs Improvement
Pros:

Staff and location

Cons:

I was quite disappointed with the cleanliness of the hotel, especially the smell. It was my first time staying in a hotel where there was a constant smell of food, which I found unpleasant .

Good Central City Location
Pros:

Location is excellent for exploring the city. Very close to many public transport options. Room very comfortable. Desk staff very obliging and all speak excellent english. Buffet style breakfast had good options.

Cons:

Hotel is really a Bed & Breakfast stay as it has no Bar or Restaurant. There is a restaurant adjacent to hotel but not provided by hotel. For guests with food intolerance breakfast choices are limited.

Accommodation very good. Breakfast extremely disappointing!!!
Pros:

Clean and well presented

Cons:

The quality of the breakfast was of a low standard for the price paid. Quality cereal options very poor, pre-cooked fried eggs left too long and not warm, yoghurt very watery, bread toaster took over 5 minutes to brown toast, general hygiene standards could be improved in the breakfast stations. For example, people slicing bread in bare hands with no cloth to hold the bread while cutting.

Pros:

Everything! The location was brilliant close to all transport links and a 10 min walk to the Danube. And a 30 mins drive from airport. Room very luxurious and bed oh so comfy. Only dealt briefly with reception staff who were very helpful.

Cons:

Possibly more choice at breakfast for healthy options.
