Excellent little hotel. Eat at the restaurant.
Pros:

The location was really convenient for the town centre. Just a 2 minute walk. Also there is a large 24hr car park on the doorstep. The room was not expensive. The room standard was good. A little quirky with a large curtain dividing the room from the shower and sink but that was not an issue for us.

The restaurant which is part of the hotel is excellent. A really lovely eating area which excellent staff and food.

Cons:

My only really issue was one of the bedside lamps was hanging by the wire and the towels supplied were thin and old. I would have thrown them out months before. It may only have been our room. There was also nowhere for the towels to dry. We did leave out the change towels note but this was ignored. The only blot on our stay.

Un séjour parfait !
Pros:

J’ai aimé la facilité pour y accéder, c’est proche de tout. C’est facile de récupérer la carte, pas besoin de faire de la paperasse, tout est bien expliqué et cela reste tout de même chaleureux même si nous ne sommes pas directement accueilli.

Pros:

Location is good, the family room was nice. Nice restaurant in the first floor

Cons:

Our aircondition didn’t work, and we asked several times for one of the personnel to come and have a look at it. Even tho we were promised that they would fix it, no one came to have a look at it. This is were poor customer service. The personell was to occupied in the restaurant to help the hotel guests.
No one was there to greet us at check out either.

Dunkles Loch
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral in der Altstadt, sodass man gut zu Fuß überall hinkommt. Nette Frühstpckscafés in direkter Nähe.

Cons:

Das Haus ist sehr, sehr dunkel und die Gänge eng. Vor dem Fenster meines Zimmers befand sich mit ca 1,50m Abstand die Hauswand des Nachbarhauses. Kaum Tageslicht. Tag und Nacht brummte aus diesem schmalen Gang ein Ventilator ( Heizung oder Klimaanlage).
Das Hotel erreicht man durch eben diesens Gang über den Seiteneingang oder durch das ebenfalls sehr enge Restaurant. Die Rezeption wird durch das gestresste Servicepersonal des Restaurants mitbedient.
Trotz der guten Lage würde ich nicht nochmal buchen.

Habitación moderna y bonita, y bien ubicado al principio de la calle principal

Cons:

La habitación es para una pareja, no para amigos, la intimidad de la ducha billaba por si ausencia. No lleven mucho equipaje, escaleras con peldaños muy pequeños

séjour très agréable mais cher, visite des musées sans nécessité de réserver à l'avance.
Pros:

J'ai apprécié le confort de la chambre et sa propreté. Le personnel aimable, même s'il était occupé à servir les clients du restaurant. L'emplacement est parfait pour visiter le centre de la Ville.

Cons:

L'hôtel ne dispose pas de stationnement. Il faut garer la voiture dans un parking situé en face et qui est payant et très cher. Mais la Ville étant piétonne, nous n'avions pas le choix car tous les stationnements sont payants.

L'hôtel est très bien placé, au centre de Bruges.
Nous avons eu une chambre très propre, le personnel passe tous les jours dans les chambres.

Pros:

Le grand lit, la propreté.

Cons:

Impression qu’il n’y a pas d’entrée principale. Le fait qu’on nous vende une bagagerie qui est en fait une remise où tout le monde a accès. PAS DE PETIT DÉJEUNER malgré les explications. Clim défectueuse qui fait du bruit même éteinte la nuit.

Central location
Pros:

Great location - right in the centre - and staff were really friendly. Top floor room was spacious (2 king size beds) and shower was good.

Cons:

No lift to the top floor so a bit of a climb with heavy suitcases. Fine if you have small over night bags but worth knowing if you have heavier suitcases as we did. Top floor attic room is very hot in summer and although there is air conditioning it wasn’t powerful enough. Didn’t cool the room at all. We needed to open windows to get some sort of breeze but were then bitten by mosquitoes/midges.
Nowhere in room to hang anything, not even a hook.
Also nowhere in room to sit except on the beds. We appreciate this is an old building though so space is limited. The only mirror was in the bathroom and it was very small and low. There seem to be mirrors on the back of doors in the other rooms but in room 4 there isn’t.
