It was fine
Pros:

The hotel was fine. Location was really good - central and close to an S-bahn station that we used a lot and good restaurants. Early checkin (I arrived about 1:00) was not available, so they held my bags for me. The room ("comfy") was handicap accessible, so it was actually pretty spacious. Despite the space, there weren't really many hooks for hanging things or shelving. Our suitcases had to sit open on the floor. The windows opened onto a quiet courtyard, which was nice. Everything appeared clean, but the room was DARK! A serious lack of lighting! It had a nespresso machine, but they did not re-supply coffee after the first day. I went to the desk to ask for more pods and they said they only provide what was in the room upon arrival, so I went to the nearby grocery store and bought some for the rest of my stay. We went up to the rooftop and the view was nice, but the bar wasn't open while we were there.

Conociendo berlin

La ubicación

Cons:

No tenia frigobar. La calle es la terminal de los tranvias, con la ventana cerrada se estaba bien. Todo demasiado virtual, te tienes que hacer el check in y digitalizar las tarjetas de tu habitación, en vez de hacerlo el personal te ayudan a hacerlo, falta de simplificación. No es un 4 estrellas con 3 suficiente

Great place in central Berlin
Pros:

Zoe is a very central hotel in a decent part of Berlin. It is very close to tram, train, and subway transportation. Around the block is a delightful walking area with restaurants and bars. Museum Island is an easy 8 min walk. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and varied

Cons:

The rooms were small, but very comfortable.

Amazing location around the corner from Hackescher Markt
Pros:

Location was amazing, unit was clean and comfortable. Worked perfectly for me and my 2 adult son’s first visit to Berlin. Rooftop bar was excellent, awesome views of the city!

Odanın dizaynı çok hoş, küçük ama kullanımı çok rahattı. Banyo kullanımı kolay, yüz için ayrı kağıt havlu koyulması güzeldi. Balkonlu bir odamız vardı, balkonu genişti, belki daha temiz olabilirdi. Otelde gürültü yok, her gün temizlik hizmeti var. Girişte su alabileceğiniz bir otomat var. Checkin ve checkout işlemleri makineden çok hızlı yapılabiliyor.

Cons:

Geç saatte odanıza giris yapıyorsanız farklı bir kapıdan otele girmeniz lazim ve bu kapıyı açarken her seferinde zorlandık.

Pros:

Frühstück war gut und ausreichend, für jeden was dabei.
Allerdings hätte die Auswahl an Wurst & Käse während dem Zeitraum etwas mehr variieren können.

Lage war perfekt, mitten im Leben, nur wenige Meter bis zur Spree und zur Gastronomie.

Cons:

Möglichst früh einen Tiefgaragenplatz reservieren.
Das hatten wir leider vergessen, eine Woche vorher war schon alles ausgebucht (Tiefgarage ist sehr klein).
Allerdings gibt es Alternativen in der Nähe.
