Great hotel, great experience. Highly recommend and will definitely return.
Pros:

Pros:

Pepper motel is in a great location, we came on the train and was going to the football at marvel stadium so everything was in walking distance. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly and even got us an early check in. We had the buffet breakfast which was all very nice. The beds were comfortable especially the nice soft pillows. We will definitely be staying here again. Thanks Peppers

Convenience to Marvel stadium. Easiness of using public transport.

Cons:

No clear instruction on how to enter or where to park to go to reception. For the price to pay and not have modern facilities. Limited natural lighting. No cleaning products for glasses or bathroom area.

Lack of basic maintenance and look out for the photos not meeting expectations

Great position for the footy.

Cons:

1 balcony door wouldn't lock, the locking mechanism was gone. Staff laughed and just said we have trouble with that when I bought that up 😡
The room was dark and the light over the coffee machine was out which I also bought up and they just said is it still not fixed😳
Also only 16 parks on site and the pool they show you is next door and need to get a different key to access each time you want to go.
A bit of false advertising here I think,!

Majority of staff were rude, unclean robes and just poorly ran. Overall negative experience
Pros:

The design of the lobby is nice

Cons:

Firstly, the room tv is so old that it doesn’t even have Netflix apps, or any streaming apps. It did although feature a state of the art CD player. The wifi password was not in the room at all, I’ve never been to anywhere where I had to ring someone to get a password. The robes were dirty, they had stains on them, brown stains. When I went to grab a coffee, when it was completely dead, the staff were just talking amongst themselves, they looked at me 3x times while they were talking and after 5 mins then decided they should probably serve me. For breakfast they didn’t serve any coffee and when I asked someone they completely ignored me. Just about all the staff were extremely rude, speaking very quietly and frowning. The only nice one was the bigger bloke. Overall shit the experience and won’t be coming back here, shame because most peppers locations I find quite reliable. This one is just terrible.

Most enjoyable short holiday.
Pros:

Great location for marvel stadium. Good for train, tram and ferry access. Within the free travel zone.
Staff were absolutely excellent. They could not have been more helpful.

Cons:

Happy with all aspects of visit.
