Convenient and clean
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located near the bus and train stations, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the system for collecting and serving breakfast was well organised.

Cons:

What I didn’t like was the size of the attached bathroom. It is quite small, and taller or larger guests may find it difficult to move around comfortably.

You cannot leave your luggage overnight, that means if you are going to climb fuji you have to pay extra money to store your luggage in coin locker.

Comfortable stay, disappointing invoice support
Pros:

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of Fujinomiya Station and provided easy access to Fujisan Hongu Sengen Taisha and the Mount Fuji World Heritage Center. The room was clean, comfortable, and suitable for a short stay.

Cons:

The biggest challenge was obtaining documentation for business expense reporting. Since the booking was prepaid through Booking.com, neither Booking.com nor the hotel provided a detailed accommodation invoice showing room charges and taxes. Despite repeated requests and follow-ups with both parties, a valid tax invoice was not provided. The staff did not appear familiar with handling such requests and provided inconsistent guidance regarding invoice ownership. Business travelers who require proper reimbursement documentation should be aware of this limitation.
