Good location but needs to be cleaned up a bit.
Pros:

Good location - few minutes walk from the station with no hills. Beds were reasonably comfortable and the black out blinds were very helpful.

Cons:

Decoration was a bit tired and out dated. Room wasn't big enough to have the two beds, two chairs and table that were in it. Under the bed hadn't been swept/cleaned for some time. Bathroom a prefabricated plastic module.

Pros:

El hotel estaba al lado de la estación y la habitación era super grande. Ademas la abuelita que lo llevaba tocaba varios instrumentos tradicionales y la persona que la ayuda (creo que su hija) era encantadora.

Cons:

Las instalaciones eran un poco antiguas, pero no estaban nada mal. Y menos en relación con el precio. Volvería a repetir 100%.

Pros:

駅に近いところは活動するには良い点。
コインパーキングも近くに何ヵ所かあるし、居酒屋もあるので夜ごはんには困らないと思います。
少し歩けばコンビニもラーメン屋もあります。

Cons:

自分で布団をひいたのは初めての体験。確かに2組は簡易布団でした。ただ、予約時点で布団4組になっていたので用意されてるものかと思っていました。
部屋に浴室はあるが使って良いのはシャワーのみ。浴槽を利用したいなら家族風呂の予約制。部屋に施設があっても使えないなら記載に注意書が必要ではないでしょうか？
家族経営的な温かさは良いですが、施設の状況（備え付けの物品など）を知らない方が受付されるのはいかがなものかと。「私、知らんから、またわかったら教えて～」との返答。
朝のチェックアウトもベルを鳴らしても応答がなく、私たちだけでなく、フロントに置かれていた鍵の数を見るところ６組の方がすでにチェックアウトされていました。

コスパ良好
Pros:

車で行ったが、スタッフの駐車場案内が適切だった（道路を挟んで反対側、許可証の使い方）。部屋は清潔できれい、静かでした。雨の寒い日でしたが、エアコンはすぐに暖まり効きも良かったです。

Cons:

トイレがウォシュレットでも暖房便座でもなく、寒い日だったので飛び上がるようでした。
