La tranquilidad y comodidad
Todas las noches pedimos cena a la habitacion y no hubo una noche en la que nos trajeran todo bien. La habitacion no tenia ventilacion, ni puerta ni ventana. Existia una puerta pero tenia el pomo quitado para evitar problemas segun dijeron en recepcion. Al haber moqueta hacia falta ventilar. El aire acondicionado era extremadamente ruidoso y el edificio al estar bajo tierra era muy frio.
Hotel lindo, aconchegante, funcionários muito prestativos e simpáticos. Comida do restaurante maravilhosa!

Location
A beautiful and quiet place overlooking the city. The staff were very friendly and check-in was swift. The room is spacious and bright and the toilet is very clean. The bed is super comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel to downtown Cusco by taxi was not that far and still a place that is worth staying. The staff are attentive and its highly recommended. I enjoyed my stay.
We stayed here for one night after our trek in Machu Picchu and it was lovely. The staff were wonderful, and we were treated extremely well as Hilton Gold members. Everything was spotless in the room, it was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast was the best we had during our time in Peru.
Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Staff were very friendly and gave me the chance to practise my Spanish! Room was comfortable and very clean. Location was good.
Steep walk for 30 minutes to get back from central town. Uber takes 5 minutes and is very cheap so that was good.
En este viaje a Cuzco con mi familia agradezco la amabilidad y atención de todo el personal, en especial a Larry (técnico) por estar pendiente de nuestra habitación; a Fredy (encargado de limpieza de la habitación) ;y a Analy, y a todo el equipo de la cocina por preocuparse en tener un buen momento en el desayuno, en el cual tuvimos el privilegio de escuchar un acompañamiento con arpa espectacular. Además, recalcar a las señoras con sus productos artesanales dentro del hotel por dar buen precio y calidad, sin dejar de lado a la alpaquita Luchito. En este viaje que lo hicimos con auto el hotel nos dio las facilidades para un aparcamiento adecuado. En general una buena experiencia y estadía 100% recomendable.
Estar pocos dias, en la siguiente oportunidad nos quedaremos más tiempo.
