Cons:

El ascensor se estropeaba continuamente, tuvimos que subir por las escaleras varias veces y una mujer mayor se quedó atascada muy nerviosa. Nosotros tuvimos que bajar maletas por las escaleras al irnos. Las escaleras tienen moqueta y estan súper sucias. Una pena porque es un hotel caro con muuuuuchas carencias

Servicio excelente con conforto y calidad!
Pros:

Conforto, limpieza, ubicación, atención de los empleados. Desayuno muy completo y con servicio excelente!!

Cons:

Pagar para usar el SPA y cobran todo incluyendo una cápsula de Nespresso. Para un hotel de ese nivel es un poco demasiado.
