Great stay and great price
Pros:

The pool and access to the main hotel was great. The location was great and a short walk from Ion. Great for kids and good service from the staff

Comfortable and convenient
Pros:

Room was very clean, comfortable and spacious. Really loved that they provided groceries like cereal, bread, eggs and milk as this really helped when arriving late.

Cons:

We booked for 5 people and our booking clearly states
If booking for 5 people then a roll out bed would be provided. There was no mention of additional costs for this and no email from the hotel about extra costs either but when we arrived there was no roll out bed and they wanted us to pay an additional $50 per night to have the bed. While the hotel eventually provided a roll out bed At no additional cost, the process of getting this arranged was very combative and wasn’t a great start to our holiday

I really enjoyed my stay at Shangrila and wish to come again and again.
Pros:

I enjoyed very much my stay at Shangrila, It has been the best stay and with wonderful staff.

Cons:

Service and location have been a great advantage.

Pros:

Très bel appartement idéal pour 4.
Hôtel très calme et bien agencé.
Piscine agréable.

Cons:

Les chambres mériteraient un rafraîchissement mais sinon c’était très bien

Enjoyable as always,breakfast great ,pool excellent,staff mostly friendly.
Cons:

Property needs some updating been there a long time and now showing wear.
