Lage: fußläufig zur Messe und zum Volkspark Dutzendteich, ruhig; empfehlenswertes Restaurant "Pavarotti" in der Nähe

Ausstattung: Kühlschrank und Waschbecken im Zimmer, viel Stauraum für Gepäck, bequeme Betten, stabiles Internet, Duschen+WCs auf der Etage sauber, Küche mit Basics vorhanden, Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus

Sonstiges: Check-In/Out unkompliziert, Personal freundlich, täglich frische Handtücher möglich
