Il personale è stato gentile, ci ha chiamato il
Taxi per andare in stazione l’ultimo giorno. Struttura pulita e accogliente. Colazione buona e varia.

Cons:

Personalmente la mia stanza affacciava sulle scale e la tenda non copriva la luce.

Tempestivo il servizio lavanderia però i panni non erano eccessivamente profumati e alcuni calzini si sono ristretti.

Used to be Grand (pictures out of date)
Pros:

The hotel *used* to be very grand. That means you can expect everything a top notch hotel in the 80s? would have had. The room was very big and so was the bathroom. Elevator, nice Staff, fast wifi. Nice dark-wood furniture. Good location.

Cons:

But most things show a lot of age and are in desperate need of an update. The heating didn't work (same with hot water) and was too loud to be used at night, the windows were rather drafty, the appliances are very old and yellowed from age. Some things were close to falling apart. Especially in the bathroom you notice the age. The room gets very cold at night - they try to compensate with thick layers of blankets. The pictures they use for advertising are more than biased and out of date.

Pros:

O hotel entrega tudo o que pode se esperar de um 3 estrelas. Quarto grande e confortável, ótimo banheiro, recepção 24 horas, café com opções variadas. Situado entre sapocachi (área dos restaurantes) e o centro, onde estão as atrações turísticas, nao utilizamos taxi em nenhum momento. Ficamos num quarto voltado para os fundos, então foi silencioso. Excelente atendimento da equipe, muito obrigado a todos em especial ao sr Grover.
