The highlights were the staff at the bar, the staff in the spa, the swimming pool and bed comfort.
Room was great, clean and comfortable. But the windows and balcony door were broken and could not lock. The TV also could not turn off. I called to reception twice and physically went down once. Each time they said maintenance would come and they never did.
I ordered the burger for dinner which was great, but the breakfast was unbelievably poor. I went for breakfast at 8.30am, there was nothing left (maybe one boiled egg and some old beans. The breakfast room smelt disgusting and the whole thing was unappetising. I went down to the bar and ordered pancakes which were served with ketchup.... pancakes and ketchup?
Upon check in, the hotel did not have my booking.com booking. So, they said I should check in and come back to pay later as the email comes through. It seems they then changed their mind and felt uncomfortable about letting me check in without payment so followed me into the spa and asked me to first come down and pay before getting a massage. I refused and said I had a booking, was in my swimsuit and would come after. When I got back to the room to freshen up, I called room service to fix the door that would not lock, they said not until I come down and pay (even after I did that, no one fixed the door)

The Room: A Complete Misrepresentation
We booked a junior suite based on the description and pictures on Booking.com, which advertised a spacious 398 sq ft room. In reality, the room we were given was barely half that size.
To make matters worse, we were placed on the 11th floor with:
No working AC, leaving the room incredibly hot and stuffy.
A broken window, which was both a major safety hazard and meant we couldn't properly regulate the temperature or block out noise.
Cleanliness & Maintenance
The state of the entire hotel is unacceptable. It is incredibly dirty and poorly maintained, with a thick layer of dust covering almost every surface. It feels completely neglected by management.
The Breakfast
Don't bother paying extra for the breakfast option. It was almost non-existent—extremely limited, poorly stocked, and definitely not worth waking up for.
Bottom line: What you see online is absolutely not what you get. Between the false room dimensions, broken amenities on a high floor, and overall filth, I cannot recommend staying here.
Das Hotel ist schon top was das Preis Leistung Verhältnis angeht. Ich hatte die Junior Suite gebucht. Das Zimmer war für meinen etwas längeren Aufenthalt perfekt. Leider hatte ich Probleme mit dem heiß Wasser für die Dusche. Es konnte leider nur temporär repariert werden. Das Hotel hat imich dann in eine höhere Klasse Zimmer verlegt. Also guter Service vom Personal. Die Exekutive Suite ist etwas besonderes. Sehr sehr komfortabel Leider gab es hier auch Probleme mit den Sanitär Anlagen. Der Geruch von Abwasser im Zimmer konnte leider nicht beseitigt werden.
Es wäre wunderbar wenn bei der Ausbildung des Reinigungsservice auch der Zimmercheck mit inkludiert werden könnte. Der Reinigungsservice kommt jeden Tag in die Zimmer und sollte immer so Sachen wie heiß Wasser, Wasserlecks alte Bettwäsche und Handtücher, ungute Gerüche etc im Auge haben und sofort melden. Damit bekommt man einen besseren Wartungsdienst hin. Alles andere war perfekt.
The location is one of the best, and the staff were excellent.
What I didn’t like was that the airport shuttle didn’t arrive on time, and we had to wait over an hour at the airport. Also, the breakfast was disappointing and did not meet the standards of a 4-star or 5-star hotel.

mret..the list is endless .The staff are the jewel in the crown. They are profesional,friendly and accommodating .
The hotel is clean with tasteful interior decoration, and pleasing views. In house facilities like the spa,swimming,hairdressers was much appreciated .
