Stayed for 8 nights on a business trip and truly had the best time.
The hotel is beautiful, super clean, and exceptionally well maintained. My room was very spacious, with a fantastic shower that made it easy to relax after a long day.

Breakfast every day was a highlight, with an impressive variety and a live cooking menu that added a special touch. The chefs consistently ensured everything was perfect, and were always happy to prepare anything extra on request.

The concierge service was outstanding. Mr. Anil checked in with me daily, offered thoughtful recommendations on things to do, and suggested excellent places to eat, which really enhanced my stay.

I would absolutely choose to stay here again if I return to Bangalore.

I recently stayed at the Courtyard by Marriott Bengaluru Outer Ring Road and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. The hotel itself is comfortable and well‑kept, but what truly sets it apart is the outstanding service.

Breakfast was a highlight—a wide selection, delicious food, and a team that was consistently attentive, pleasant, and proactive. Every morning felt like a great start to the day.

During my stay, my baggage was delayed, and this is where the hotel’s service truly shined. Añil Reddy from the concierge team went above and beyond—he personally went to the airport to pick up my luggage and kept me updated the moment he had it in hand. He was incredibly responsive, always ready to help, and even assisted me in finding a place to buy an outfit while I waited for my bags to arrive. His dedication made a stressful situation so much easier.

At the front desk, Mohith was equally helpful. He set me up with an app that allowed me to order essentials and have them delivered to the hotel, which was a lifesaver since I didn’t have my personal items.

We also had a great experience with Stanley, one of the hotel drivers. When it was time to shop for souvenirs, he took us to all the right places—quick, efficient, and completely hassle‑free. His local knowledge made the process smooth and enjoyable.

Overall, the team here made my stay not just comfortable, but genuinely memorable. I’m grateful for their warmth, professionalism, and willingness to go the extra mile. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bangalore.

Another enjoyable stay and a seamless experience at Courtyard. The swimming Pool area is great here and the outdoor patio gives it the oasis feel.

We visited Momo for birthday lunch today. The food was excellent and the service exceptional. We would like to thank Manager Souma and staff Nithin in particular for the way they looked after us, going above and beyond to ensure that we were very well looked after and our needs catered to. The staff at the Courtyard Bengaluru Outer Ring Road are always the best! I've stayed here multiple times over the past few years for business and prefer this hotel well above others in the area. It is conveniently located a short drive from the technology park, which makes the commute a breeze. All staff members welcome you with smiles and kind greetings, making sure you're having the best stay possible.

Anil at the concierge desk always remembers me from trip to trip, even if it's been 6 months since my last visit. We always enjoy catching up on how our families are doing since the last visit, sharing pictures and stories. I was fortunate enough on this recent trip to witness a wedding entrance celebration thanks to Anil! He knew it was dream of mine to get to see even a glimpse of a traditional Indian wedding.

Another one of my favorites here is my morning Chai served by Budhraj! Again, even though I only visit every 6 months, he always remembers me from one visit to the next. Welcoming me with a warm smile, a handshake, and a Chai with one packet of brown sugar! How he remembers how I like my Chai, I will never understand, but I'm always impressed!

Lastly, I always make sure to budget enough time in the morning for breakfast! The food is top notch and the service staff is always kind a accommodating! There is no better way to start the day than with a great breakfast! If you miss breakfast, don't worry because the dinner here is fantastic as well! The buffet offers a ton of options, but an a la carte menu is available as well.

You really can't go wrong at this hotel! There's nowhere else in the area I'd rather stay!

We had a really great stay at Courtyard Marriott this Valentine weekend. We pass by this property almost every day during our work commute and always wondered how it would be. This weekend we finally got the chance to experience it as we were looking for a nearby place to celebrate, and it truly exceeded our expectations.

The guest relations team is absolutely exemplary. Even before our stay, Rahnuma connected with us over mail to check if we had any specific requirements. We truly appreciated the complimentary breakfast and the room upgrade. A day before arrival, Sushmita followed up again and also helped us with early check in, which made everything so smooth.

Our check in experience with Sneha and Varsha was wonderful. It was seamless and the traditional welcome with tilak felt very warm and homely.

The property itself is beautiful, especially the swimming pool setup which really stands out. The rooms were clean and well maintained. We also loved the thoughtful gesture of the wine bottle and fruits placed in the room.

In the evening, we got the chance to visit the lounge thanks to Sneha. The food was delicious and the lounge ambiance is very well done.

The next morning, the breakfast spread was amazing. Every dish was delicious, especially the chole bhature and salads which we absolutely loved. The desserts were also very tasty. It was extra special because we met Neha and Pushkar uncle who are from our home state Rajasthan. Their warmth truly made us feel connected and at home.

Lastly, a big thank you to Neha for arranging a small cake cutting and for clicking such beautiful pictures for us and even suggesting different poses. That was such a sweet and memorable gesture.

Once again, heartfelt thanks to Rahnuma, Sushmita, Sneha, Varsha, Neha and Pushkar uncle for making our stay so special. Each one of you added a personal touch that made our Valentine weekend truly memorable. We are definitely looking forward to coming back again.

5 star experience every time. Have been lucky enough to stay at this hotel on multiple occasions, and the experience keeps getting better and better. The staff are its biggest asset by far. The entire team are simply wonderful. From check in to check out, a flawless and wonderful experience every time. Rooms are beautifully presented and the large super soft feather pillows are the best in the world. Food is awesome, coffee is great, and the beer is cold.
