The staff are very friendly.

Cons:

The staff are friendly but the room is not that clean. We found cockroch during our stayed. The breakfast is fine but always the same, not much of choices.

I booked for 2 adults and 1 child .. they still charge them for the food for the child and the ac is not working.. rooms are old and ac was not updated. Staff are not friendly. I booked this for my guest and they never allow my guest to check in so good thing I'm in the Philippines , in addition I was in the same province so I have to go personally in the hotel to check in for my guest.

Cons:

Personell in dining room require training on how to set tables for guests. Had to ask several times for milk, sugar, teaspoon, knife, salt and pepper. Supervisors should be aware of short-comings and they were not. B'fast menu needs bringing upto date, same choices for many years now, requires more thought.

Superb Stay at the Heart of Dagupan City. Highly Recommended!
Pros:

The Room was spacious comfy, clean, and with a great view of the river and bridge.

The toilet and bath is also clean and well ventilated.

The Restaurant is superb with a variety of food choices to choose from.

The staffs from the front desk and most especially the room boys and the restaurant waiters and waitress are all very helpful and very courteous.

Thank you so much everyone! It was a superb stay.

As always (it was my third time as a frequent guest), Star Plaza is Highly Recommended!

Cons:

I am surprised that they don't have an electric kettle. Instead, just a thermos that you have to ask for a hot water. It's absolutely a let down especially if your a coffee holic or you need some hot beverage to unwind in the evening.
I hope in the future, they can add the coffee and Tea as a complimentary aside from the two mineral water bottles and ofcourse, electric kettle please.
