Beautiful and impressive country side stay
Pros:

Beautiful impressive place done with so much taste. Excellent breakfast, clean spacious room, nice staff.

Cons:

The fact pool wasn’t open, and the pool was a big reason we picked Vila Toscarinu. On booking it said 10-20 but when we arrived (it was 19:03) we were told pool closes at 19 and we can use it tomorrow. Then at 10am pool was still locked and we had to depart shortly after.

Pass this one up for some needed slumber.
Pros:

There’s a lot going on at this location truthfully that may not appeal to a lot of people. Firstly, the weekends are huge party events aka weddings, with parties for business or whatever but the hooting and hollering went on outside our window for a loooong time. It was a wedding party that offered a lot of libation, with many a loud occasion to interrupt our rest. I don’t think we’ll be back based on that and the after thought breakfast. Where was it? I was impressed by the location and grounds but that’s it! Our room had the worst AC, it was HOT, muggy and made us more irritabile plus the nonstop noise. It’s likely the owners are investors, not on site just looking to cash in on the opportunity.

Cons:

I was disturbed by the “staff” help. This hotel could/should hire locals from Italy, but source from Nigeria with young adults who speak no English or Italian. Why? I cannot work while in Italy, and I pay taxes while I’m here. They don’t, I asked with a translator. The front desk helpers have very poor people skills, bent on being right (about anything) just argumentative for the sake of argument. I found this tremendously irritating. What’s even more troubling is the “artwork” around the property. Highly hedonistic….if your into that. What the message your sending with a satyre preparing to r@Pe a sleeping women?

Je waant je daar in een prachtige en rustgevende omgeving.
Pros:

De inrichting met behoud van de oude stijl. Het restaurant biedt voortreffelijk eten. De plaatselijke wijn is zeer goed en ook betaalbaar. Ook het ontbijt was zeer uitgebreid en voortreffelijk verzorgd. Je kunt er met Engels en Duits ook goed terecht. Je voelt je echt te gast. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Pros:

Sicuramente la struttura è importante, con ampio giardino/parco, piscina, 3 sale ristorante per gli eventi, 1 aperta agli ospiti. Ampio parcheggio. Camera ampia e comoda, come peraltro il bagno. Ottima la colazione

Poca attenzione ai particolari. La struttura necessita di manutenzione. Diversi dettagli della stanza e nell' arredo non sono altezza del nome.
Per esempio, la nostra stanza dotata di balcone in comune con la stanza adiacente, non ha un divisorio, quindi si può uscire in balcone ed invadere la privacy dei vicini. È presente una sedia in balcone che dire malandata è un complimento. Dal primo giorno era presente un posacenere sul parapetto, noi siamo partiti e lui era ancora lì, pieno di cicche.
Il fermaporta nel bagno era uno stop da mensola piantato sul soffitto in modo poco consono ad un livello di hotel come questo. La pulizia della stanza può essere migliorata; ho messo la valigetta del PC ad un angolo e quando l'ho presa era sporca di laniccia. Non va bene.
