Great stay at an interesting hotel
Pros:

The common areas were lovely nice breakfast and out door areas and a common room with a fireplace was great when it got cold at night.

The location was good possible to walk to Sanfransico basilica the witches market and the cable cars. A safe area with nice restaurants and a large supermarket to the south of the hotel.

Breakfast was included a was a good selection of continental foods and a choice of eggs.

We stayed in the Adriene room. It was spacious and had an extra bed. We booked a double so the extra bed came in handy as the double sagged a bit in the middle. The bathroom was good clean and well kept. The hot water takes a while to come in but was good and hot when it did with good pressure.

The staff were lovely and helpful.

A comfortable stay.

Cons:

The bed was a little old it sagged in the middle. Probably time to replace.

Todo el personal de recepción y servicio es de primera calidad!
Pros:

La atención del personal en la recepción, siempre con una gran sonrisa y dispuestos a atender y solucionar. La coordinación con el Transfer del aeropuerto yendo y viniendo amables y puntuales.

Cons:

Muy lindo el inmueble lo mantienen como museo. Tal vez lo único mejorable es el acceso al jardín, dejar paso libre de material (acomodar aunque estén remodelando)

Da localização, em um bairro que é super tranquilo, com bons restaurantes e praças por perto!

Cons:

A cama não é confortável. O banheiro era pequeno, com box apertado e pia bem pequena que não permitia colocar nada no seu entorno.
O café da manhã é razoável, com pouco opção de pão e frutas

Very accomodating and lovely stay
Pros:

Our stay in El Museo was amazing. The hotel is in a hilly area but in a good neighbourhood. We stayed in a double room which was very spacious. We decided to rebook it for another night after a one day trip and they stored our luggage for us. When we came back before our check in time, we were able to use their facilities. Staff was lovely. They also gave us small breakfast bags because we were leaving early in the morning. The museum vibes are also very interesting!

Cons:

We got everything we wished for our stay, even used the small gym!

Pros:

It feels like a very personal hotel with its background as a mansion for a whole family, and now a combination as a museum and hotel. It is a little bit uphill (bella vista) but only 5 min walk to a nice area with many restaurants and shops.

Cons:

Visit in winter time so hotel and room feels quite cold.

Todo o ambiente é lindo, confortável, aconchegante, e o cafénda manhã muito bom.
Funcionários muito educados, solícitos e prestativos.
O hotel fica perto de vários restaurantes e cafés.

Ottima posizione in un quartiere sicuro e affascinante, edificio storico e camere arredate in modo elegante. Doccia calda con buona pressione e ottima colazione

Al nostro arrivo l’acqua corrente era interrotta in tutto il quartiere, sarebbe stato meglio se la struttura ci avesse avvisato prima

Un très bel endroit plein de charme, bien situé.
Pros:

Excellent emplacement. Hotel avec beaucoup de charme, qui fait des expositions très intéressantes sur l'histoire du pays. Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour là bas. Le personnel nous a fait des recommandations intéressantes au niveau restaurant, nous a aidés à trouver une laverie qui a travaillé en un temps record vu nos contraintes. Bref un hotel à recommander!
