Friendly, spotless great accomodation with a warm welcome, can recommend!
Pros:

The customer care was brilliant and communication prior was so easy. It was a family get together so was so important and the husband/wife team made us so welcome. The property was so clean and well cared for and having ample parking on site was great! Thank you

Pros:

Linda very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very tasty ,well presented and worth the charge. Even as requested very small spoon of beans.plenty tea and coffee on the welcome tray. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Room was very comfortable,bright and cheery.

The location was only approx 3 mins from the gretna hall hotel where friends were gettimg married.
The staff were bery friendy & helpful.

Can’t really say anything bad, easy to find the rooms nice (with coffee machine) walking distance to shop and takeaways.

lovely stay comfy bed
Pros:

We booked the room as we were attending a wedding and needed somewhere to stay. The room was lovely and met our needs as all 4 adults could stay in the same room. It was value for money and the staff are very helpful

A very poor experience
Pros:

The hotel fell well below expected standards in all the key areas. it was overpriced , unclean, unhelpful and indifferent reception staff. It fell well below the three star rating and would be more suited to a roll within the state welfare system.
To say this hotel was well past its best would be an understatement, its actually quite hard to find places this bad to stay in the UK, who actually cannot be bothered to repair window catches?

I must say I did not chose to eat the the limited breakfast , or eat in the restraunt.
