THIS HOTEL IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!
Pros:

The only positive thing about this hotel, was the location. There is nothing else positive to say about this hotel!

Cons:

This was without a doubt one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The photos and description do not match reality at all. From poor service and lack of maintenance to terrible hygiene, this hotel was a complete disappointment.

During our 5-day stay, our room was cleaned only once. We didn’t receive clean towels until the third day, despite asking multiple times. The staff refused to give us fresh towels any earlier, so we ended up buying our own.

To make things worse, the smoke detector in our room beeped every single minute. It was incredibly annoying and made it difficult to relax or sleep. The bathroom light flickered constantly, making it feel like you were showering in a nightclub.

Power outages were also a regular occurrence throughout the hotel. The electricity kept cutting out, which only added to the frustration and made our stay even more uncomfortable.

The bathroom itself was far from hygienic. The cheap plastic toilet seat wouldn’t stay up, so you constantly ended up touching the dirty underside of the toilet lid while using it. There was mold on the showerhead, as well as in several other areas of the bathroom. And even the hand soap had been diluted so much with water that it barely qualified as soap anymore. It felt like this hotel cuts costs on absolutely everything, even basic hygiene.

The worst part, however, was how we were treated when booking an activity through the hotel. We booked an excursion for another day but decided just a few hours later that we wanted to cancel it. The owner claimed he had already transferred the money to the activity provider, so a refund was impossible. However, in the very next sentence, he told us we could choose a different activity free of charge, which completely contradicted his own story. After a long argument, we were only given 50% of our money back. The owner kept the other half without any valid explanation. We genuinely felt misled and scammed.

De hygiëne in de kamer. Badkamer was niet schoon toen wij aankwamen. Beddengoed en handdoeken ook niet, zaten ook veel haartjes in. We hebben om nieuwe en schone gevraagd, maar ook deze hadden haartjes

La prima cosa da dire è che lo staff tutto ci ha accolto in maniera entusiasta, ci siamo sentiti a casa!
Grazie davvero a tutti, conoscervi è stata un'esperienza!
La piscina pur se piccola era pulita e utilissima nel caldo soffocante di Antalya.
La colazione aveva un discreto assortimento, forse mancava qualche dolce.

Cons:

Da rivedere la posizione dell'aria condizionata nella nostra stanza, che puntava direttamente sopra i letti... per fortuna non ci siamo ammalati.
Anche gli impianti in bagno da perfezionare, lo sciacquone ha dato qualche problema.

We had a very comfortable and memorable stay, and look forward to coming back. Highly recommended.
Pros:

The staff were friendly, always ready to help, and consistently positive. We felt comfortable at the hotel, as the atmosphere was both peaceful and homely. The owner personally ensured that everyone was happy during their stay.
The bed was very comfortable with a good mattress, and the air conditioner was wisely positioned so it did not blow directly on us.
The breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, including authentic Turkish cuisine, which we really enjoyed.
The facilities also include a clean swimming pool with fresh water, providing a great opportunity for families with children to have fun.
Not to forget the excellent location, surrounded by plenty of amenities and bars and restaurants and close to Konyaalti Plaj, which we visited every day.

Cons:

There really wasn't much we did not like. It would have been nice to find a complimentary bottle of water in the fridge for new arrivals, especially after a long flight.
