Pobyt bardzo udany, bezstresowy pod każdym względem, serdecznie polecamy te kameralne miejsce.
Pros:

Niezwykle miły i pomocny personel, dobra lokalizacja, cicha i bezpieczna okolica, nie przy samym nadmorskim deptaku ale wszędzie bardzo blisko na piechotę.
Smaczne rozmaite śniadania z regionalnymi różnościami, basen w ogrodzie hotelowym - idealny na schłodzeni w każdej chwili, bardzo polecamy na krótszy czy dłuższy pobyt.

Antalya Konyaaltı’ndaki Kafkas Hotel’de gerçekten çok keyifli ve huzurlu bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık! Otelde asansör bulunmuyor ancak bu durum hiçbir şekilde bir aksaklığa yol açmadı; sağ olsun resepsiyondaki Mehmet Can Bey valizlerimizi odamıza kadar taşıyarak bize büyük bir kolaylık sağladı. İlgisi ve yardımseverliği için kendisine ayrıca teşekkür ederiz.
Otel sahibi Uğur Bey’in samimi, hoş sohbeti ve içten yaklaşımı ise tatilimize ayrı bir renk kattı. Gün içindeki güzel ikramları ve gösterdiği yakın alaka sayesinde kendimizi adeta evimizde hissettik. Samimi, temiz ve sıcak bir aile ortamında konaklamak isteyen herkese gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim.
Uğur Bey’e, Mehmet Can Bey’e ve tüm ekibe bu harika ev sahipliği için yürekten teşekkürler!

De kamer was erg vies bij aankomst. De douche en het toilet waren niet schoon; er zaten aanslag en zelfs urinevlekken op de wc-bril. Ik heb gevraagd om schone lakens, wat snel werd geregeld, maar ook de nieuwe lakens voelden niet schoon aan. Als je waarde hecht aan hygiëne of smetvrees hebt, raad ik deze accommodatie absoluut niet aan.

Отличное расположение , недалеко пляж , центр города , карусели , дельфинарий, торговые центры. Есть бассейн во двре, завтрак с горячими блюдами , чай , кофе. Есть кафе. Очень дружелюбный персонал. Гели, тапочки, полотенца в номере есть.

заселили в 10 утра, как только приехали в отель, завтраки очень понравились, очень гостеприимные работники, к детям особое отношение, хозяин отеля Ур очень доброжелательный, спасибо Мехметджану за оперативность работы, обязательно вернемся еще раз в следующем году

THIS HOTEL IS A COMPLETE SCAM!!!

The only positive thing about this hotel, was the location. There is nothing else positive to say about this hotel!

Cons:

This was without a doubt one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. The photos and description do not match reality at all. From poor service and lack of maintenance to terrible hygiene, this hotel was a complete disappointment.

During our 5-day stay, our room was cleaned only once. We didn’t receive clean towels until the third day, despite asking multiple times. The staff refused to give us fresh towels any earlier, so we ended up buying our own.

To make things worse, the smoke detector in our room beeped every single minute. It was incredibly annoying and made it difficult to relax or sleep. The bathroom light flickered constantly, making it feel like you were showering in a nightclub.

Power outages were also a regular occurrence throughout the hotel. The electricity kept cutting out, which only added to the frustration and made our stay even more uncomfortable.

The bathroom itself was far from hygienic. The cheap plastic toilet seat wouldn’t stay up, so you constantly ended up touching the dirty underside of the toilet lid while using it. There was mold on the showerhead, as well as in several other areas of the bathroom. And even the hand soap had been diluted so much with water that it barely qualified as soap anymore. It felt like this hotel cuts costs on absolutely everything, even basic hygiene.

The worst part, however, was how we were treated when booking an activity through the hotel. We booked an excursion for another day but decided just a few hours later that we wanted to cancel it. The owner claimed he had already transferred the money to the activity provider, so a refund was impossible. However, in the very next sentence, he told us we could choose a different activity free of charge, which completely contradicted his own story. After a long argument, we were only given 50% of our money back. The owner kept the other half without any valid explanation. We genuinely felt misled and scammed.
