Quarto com mofo no teto.
Colchão com vida útil extrapolada. Com um buraco no meio, me deu dor nas costas.
Banheiro pequeno, quase não conseguia sentar no vaso sanitário.
Chuveiro não tinha porta/box, fazendo com que a água entrasse por baixo porta do banheiro em direção ao quarto.
Tomadas apenas do lado da porta e dentro do banheiro.
Janela dava para um átrio pequeno interno, fazendo com que houvesse ventilação limitada.
