We had a nice time, but definitely not worth the price

The pools were clean, and the staff were generally helpful. Unfortunately, one blonde member of the reception team was quite rude when I asked for basic information, such as what time the hammam closed.

Although I appreciate that this may have nothing to do with the hotel itself, the market downstairs was extremely overpriced. They wanted €45 for a LOL Surprise ball! Thankfully, I managed to convince our little one that we could buy five of them for the same price back home, so she eventually stopped crying and asking for it.

Cons:

The food and drinks were also disappointing for a holiday costing €4,990 for one week. The draught beer was tasteless and watery, while the cocktails were inconsistent and tasted different depending on who prepared them. Many of the bar staff appeared unsure of what they were doing. Most cocktails were overly sugary and contained very little alcohol.

Muhteşem bir otel
Pros:

Otel gayet temiz, personeller güler yüzlü ve yardımseverler. Ayrıca yemek ve tatlıları gayet lezzetli. Hemen her saat yemek mevcut, otel görevlileri bizimle her daim ilgilendiler ve herhangi bir eksiğimizde bize anında yardımcı oldular. Kesinlikle tavsiye edilir bir otel.

Far from a 5* hotel. 4* max (at a push)
Pros:

Everything was a basic standard. Nothing wow

Cons:

Staff are rude, dont understand english and just say “yes”, staff are lazy - no one picks up glasses or takes order around the pool. Staff just look demoted.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’hôtel Adalya Elite Lara. Tout était parfait du début à la fin. Le choix des repas est très varié et de grande qualité. Le personnel est très accueillant, serviable et toujours à l’écoute des clients. Le service est irréprochable.

Les piscines sont propres, l’hôtel est très bien entretenu, le ménage des chambres est effectué chaque jour et l’hygiène est impeccable. La connexion Wi-Fi est également très bonne dans tout l’établissement.

Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation et y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
