Pros:

The hotel is very well managed. Congratulations for the management. The staff are very well trained and supervised. The hotel in general is very organized. Will definitely come back again.

Cons:

A lot of kids and small children so it is very noisy in general but this nothing to do with the hotel. The show time is a little bit late 21:30 starting so it is very late show. It should starts 20:30 or latest 21:00.

Cu mici imbunatatiri poate fi o experienta perfect

Serviciile si mancarea exceptionale. Stafful exemplar

Cons:

Hotelul mai necesita niste imbunatatiri si renovari, are un aspect un pic comunist pe alocuri, usi care scartaie, sezlonguri vechi, e foarte multa galagie din cauza copiilor dar si a personalului de la curatenie care tranteste foarte mult. Jaluzele black out ar fi indicate, prosoape noi la piscina, ca sunt vechi si tocite. Mai multe piscine adults only, lifeguardul sa fie mai atent sa nu se sara in piscina, sa nu se joace jocuri acvatice decat im locuri amenajate. E destul de haos si multi oameni needucati care deranjeaza oentru ca li se permite.

Nice standard hotel

Cons:

I cannot receive an invoice for a month, total ignore from the staff as soon as you leave the door. So sad experience afterwards, so sad 5 star hotel behaves like this. Shame!

Pros:

E' stato tutto molto più di quello che mi aspettavo. Tantissime piscine, ristoranti e bar tutti diversi lungo la zona principale e la spiaggia.
Gli spettacoli serali davvero un qualcosa di pazzesco, mai visto joente del genere, davvero super complimenti.. tantissimo personale e davvero TUTTO super gentile e sempre sorridenti.
Il top se avete dei bambini piccoli.
Tantissima varietà di cibo.

Cons:

Le tende in camera forse dovrebbero essere più oscuranti. Entrava troppa luce in camera.
Farei un po più controlli per chi prenota con gli asciugamani le sdraio, alle 7 di mattina, e poi arriva con calma in piscina verso le 11

Her şey harikaydı. Otelden çok memnun kaldık. Odalar temiz ve konforluydu, personel güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydi. Tatilimiz boyunca kendimizi çok rahat hissettik. Tekrar gelmeyi düşünüyoruz, teşekkür ederiz.
