Pros:

Прекрасное питание. Много русской пищи. Гречка каждый день. Каши: овсяная, манная. Различные рисы и макароны. Всё, что можно из яиц.
При желании, можно собрать себе суп.
Много овощей, фруктов и зелени.
Прекрасный ужин, особенно в зоне барбекю.
Однажды подали борщ, правда на ужин.

Cons:

Рекомендую, чтобы всегда был куриный бульон.
Нормальный ассортимент алкоголя только в барах, если хочешь выпить что-то кроме дешёвого вина за ужином, нужно нести самому.
Можно улучшить аннамацию для детей - какие-то спортивные игры, гимнастика, йога...

Pros:

Service and food availability were great

Cons:

They have a very bad transportation service. A RUDE old man who has zero communication skills and a mentality from stone age. Very shameful for such a service minded company.

vielen Dank für Ihre Nachricht. Wir sind mit unserem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden und würden ihn mit 10 von 10 Punkten bewerten. Besonders gut gefallen haben uns das Essen, der Service, die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals sowie die Sauberkeit und die gesamte Atmosphäre im Hotel. Wir haben unseren Urlaub bei Ihnen sehr genossen und haben keine Verbesserungsvorschläge.
Heute werden wir voraussichtlich gegen 11:00 Uhr mit unserem eigenen Auto abreisen und unsere Reise nach Istanbul fortsetzen.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für den wunderschönen Aufenthalt und die hervorragende Betreuung. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, auch im nächsten Jahr wieder Ihr Hotel zu besuchen.

Pros:

We loved the hotel. The staff was polite, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was comfortable. The food was excellent, with a varied menu, including diet options. There was a clean sandy beach with comfortable loungers and plenty of swimming pools. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and will definitely be back.

Pros:

Lots of swimming pools, didn’t feel over crowded even when the hotel was at full capacity. Rooms were very clean, fridge was stocked, we loved the outdoor snack huts where we could order fresh food and drinks to the table. Some staff were amazing - huge thanks to Serdar who made our trip extra special and also Erey who facilitated the archery and shooting activities, we had lots of fun with that. We also loved the fresh churros, waffles and gozleme every day. Pizza and Pide was also delicious.

Cons:

Everything was strictly timed, lunch in the restaurant felt too short, water park had short timings, pools closed early, we would’ve loved to swim when the sun went down but couldn’t. Indoor pool closed in the summer, arcade had additional charges which was a real shame. Patisserie again had very short timings. Sometimes you’d order food and it just wouldn’t arrived, then after waiting for 45mins we ordered again, this was particularly difficult because we had kids with us. So all the timings meant that we felt quite rushed around. The rooms are hit and miss - we were a big group and occupied 5 in total, some of us definitely had better rooms than others (refurbished). Food not necessarily continental, flavours were catered more towards Russian and European.

Très bel hôtel, avec des transats toujours disponibles. Les activités sont variées et bien organisées, et les spectacles sont de grande qualité. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Cons:

L'offre de restauration autour des piscines est assez limitée, avec des horaires de service restreints, contrairement à d'autres hôtels de même catégorie situés à Lara. Par ailleurs, le buffet manque de variété, les plats proposés étant pratiquement les mêmes chaque jour.
