Nagyon kedves személyzet. Kiváló konyha. Kicsekkolást követően a transzferig használhattunk minden szolgáltatást, indulás előtt kaptunk egy szobát ahol le tudtunk zuhanyozni és át tudtunk öltözni.

Pros:

Harika bir tatil geçirdik! Otel çok temiz, odalar geniş ve konforluydu. Personel son derece güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Yemekler lezzetli ve çeşit açısından oldukça zengindi. Havuzlar, plaj ve eğlence programları mükemmeldi. Özellikle aileler için çok uygun bir otel. Kesinlikle tekrar geleceğiz. Tavsiye ederim!”

Еда неплохая по качеству, но выбор иногда не очень. Понравилось что были зоны 18+, в этом отеле оооочень много детей, имейте ввиду.
Уборка стала хорошей, когда обратились на ресепшен.
Хорошо, что хватало лежаков, понравился аквапарк, волновой бассейн, много активити.
Очень ностальгично кино для детей на свежем воздухе.
Очень понравилось, что транслировали футбол, было много фанатов, очень атмосферно.
В целом всё было неплохо.

Cons:

Аниматоры нечестно оценивают игры, не
следят за активити, а занимаются построением личной жизни, а не работой. А вечерние девушки аниматоры сидят в телефонах и шушукаются между собой, даже не создавая видимость работы:) Бармены не хотят делать коктейли, то блендер сломан, то еще что-то. Один насмехался, что я не употребляю алкоголь и отказал в выдаче напитка. Везде выпрашивают чаевые глазами. Нет обслуживания официантов у бассейнов на роликах.
Дети сидят на ступеньках у входа во взрослые бассейны, спасатели чаще игнорируют, но есть и нормальные работники.
Нахамила уборщица (в возрасте) по приезду, комната не была готова, хотя приехали мы позже времени доступного заселения - именно хамство очень испортило первое впечатление.
У нас выходили окна на пустырь и кусок моря - стулья на балконе покрылись стекловатой (может с пустыря дуло или при транспортировке стульев-непонятно)-после этого очень кололо ноги.
Про слышимость - это просто нет слов, как будто люди из соседней комнаты сидят со мной. Это самый большой минус из всех.
У моря с пустыря прилетают мошки, невозможно находится долго прям у моря загорать, они покусывают и садятся.

Girer girmez bizimle odamıza kadar gelen, her yeri tanıtan, servisleri anlatan ve çocuğumuzun kontrolü için doktora kadar eşlik eden bir arkadaşın olması çok şık ve güzel bir hareketti. Böylesi büyük yerler için detayları anlatan bir arkadaşın bize yardımcı olması çok anlamlı ve profesyonel bir hareket.

Cons:

Sahil yolu boyunca otel hizmeti dışında kalan fotoğraf, spa ya da çocuk aktiviteleri gibi satis yapan kişilerin davetlerinden kaçmaya çalisirken bulduk kendimizi. Belki bu konuya otel yönetiminin hassasiyeti iyi olabilirdi.

Das Hotel war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Songül die Putzfrau war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen war köstlich und es gab etwas für jeden Geschmack.
Das Hotel bietet sehr viel Unterhaltung an, zu jeder Tageszeit. Für Familien ist das Hotel absolut zu empfehlen, denn die Unterhaltungen für Kinder sind hervorragend.
Duygu von der Gästebett-Betreuung ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommen und bei einem Gesundheitsvorfall war sie stets bei uns und man hat immer wieder nach uns gefragt, ob alles gut sei. Sie bieten ebenfalls Massagen an, die wirklich zu empfehlen sind.

Unser Aufenthalt im Adalya Elite Lara hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen! Wir waren rundum begeistert und können dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der Wert auf Komfort, erstklassigen Service und eine wunderschöne Atmosphäre legt.

Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich und freundlich empfangen. Die Mitarbeiter erklärten uns alles über das Hotel, zeigten uns unser Zimmer und halfen uns bei der Orientierung. Im Zimmer erwartete uns eine angenehme Überraschung in Form einer Flasche Wein, frischem Obst und Süßigkeiten – eine wunderbare Aufmerksamkeit, die uns sofort das Gefühl gab, willkommen zu sein.

Das Zimmer ist geräumig, modern und sehr gemütlich. Besonders gefallen hat uns das große und komfortable Badezimmer, in dem wirklich alles vorhanden ist, was man braucht – sogar solche Kleinigkeiten wie Zahnbürsten, Zahnpasta und Waschhandschuhe. Der Kleiderschrank ist groß, geräumig und verfügt sogar über eine elegante Innenbeleuchtung. Insgesamt ist das Zimmer bis ins kleinste Detail durchdacht.

Die Hotelanlage verdient ein besonderes Lob. Sie ist wunderschön gepflegt, voller Grünflächen und Blumen sowie zahlreicher Brunnen. Am Abend sorgen die stimmungsvolle Beleuchtung und die angenehme Musik für eine ganz besondere Atmosphäre.

Für die Gäste stehen mehrere Pools zur Verfügung, darunter ein ruhiger Erwachsenenpool sowie ein Wellenpool. Für Kinder ist das Hotel ein wahres Paradies: Riesenrad, Karussells, Trampoline, Elektroautos und viele weitere Attraktionen – und das alles kostenlos.

Der Sandstrand ist sauber, gepflegt und sehr komfortabel. Tagsüber werden dort köstliche Grillspezialitäten, frische Waffeln, traditionelle türkische Süßigkeiten, türkische Käsefladen und echter türkischer Kaffee angeboten. Außerdem gibt es mehrere Strandbars mit einer großen Auswahl an Getränken.

Das Essen im Hotel ist hervorragend. Die Auswahl ist riesig, abwechslungsreich und alles schmeckt ausgezeichnet. Während unseres Aufenthalts wurden mehrfach Flusskrebse, Garnele
