Pros:

Bedroom was clean- floor was spotless and room comfortable enough but shoddily painted and water marks on wall.

Cons:

Initial impression of building from car park is not inviting. Very run down looking, H missing from sign. Entrance into living accommodation has broken concrete lintel and overhanging weeds from gutter.
Shower cabinet door hits sink and so leaves a narrow gap to enter and exit the shower.

A great base for exploring Dundee and Fife
Pros:

Great little place to stay in Dundee - we came to look at some wedding venues around the area. The manager was really helpful when our train got delayed past 10pm and allowed us to check in 45 minutes late. Room was really good, comfy and cosy. We did plan to eat in the restaurant, it looked great, but we didn't get the chance this trip. Good bus services around the hotel. I'd stay here again!

Cons:

The only issue was you have to be really careful with the shower door, as it's a small bathroom and the door can hit the sink really easily.

needs maintenence and cleanliness brought up
Pros:

i liked the sign that had a missing letter from it , easy to find and free parking , nearby bus stops to get into town , , plenty of towels and soap and toilet paper

Cons:

wardrobe drawers broken , shower slow draining Hair stuck in drain , shower mat mouldy , marks on bedding , window had bird poo on , , hallway smelt of weed ,

Bad booked two nights left after one.
Pros:

There was no breakfast there wad nothing to like.

Cons:

Power point hidden behind bed and wall, dirty toilet on arrival. Directions are poor I walked along a major road and found entrance closed.

Very nice stop off
Pros:

Lovely hotel staff very friendly and polite the restaurant was excellent very good food and watched football in the bar very accommodating staff
