No merece la pena calidad/precio. Necesita mejorar el servicio y facilities.

El desayuno, que es gratuito y está genial para comenzar el día con energía en SF, La maquina de hielo y el gel, champú y acondicionador en la ducha. La habitacion 208 sin problemas. La estancia de esa habitación fue genial.

Cons:

La estancia de otra habitación fue un desastre. Tuvimos diversos problemas: la primera noche, debido a que nuestro vuelo fue retrasado, llegamos pasadas las 23:00 al hotel. Tras cenar fuera, llegamos a las habitaciones, y nos dimos cuenta que no teníamos luz en el baño de la habitacion 205 y la alarma de incendios de la misma habitacion se empezó a quedar sin batería, emitiendo un pitido muy molesto desde las 03:05 de la noche. No nos dieron solución hasta las 04:00 de la noche. Nos cambiaron a la habitación 2017 y en ella, la tv no funcionaba bien, y el soporte del papel higienico se rompió, lo notificamos al trabajador que estaba por la noche y no se arregló en ningún momento hasta el final de la estancia.

En general, el hotel durante las mañanas entre las 08:00 y las 10:00 es muy ruidoso: el staff de limpieza no tiene cuidado con el descanso de los huéspedes y hacen bastante ruido al limpiar las habitaciones, hablando bastante alto y dejando que las puertas de las habitaciones se cierren solas dando portazos. La limpieza de las habitaciones podria mejorarse.

Tras transmitir nuestra experiencia, la gerencia del hotel no se ha pronunciado, dejando a los trabajadores sin la posibilidad de darnos una solución de forma efectiva y rápida.

Aunque la infraestructura del hotel no sea mala, la experiencia general podría mejorarse con revisiones antes del checkin y un mejor servicio por parte de algunos miembros del staff.

Cons:

Noisy and creepy area, windows impossible to fully shut - resulting in constant draft and cold. Hotel was suppose to offer a parking, but surprise! I had to pay extra 60 bucks per night for my car, as the neighborhood is really scary. In addition, breakfast ended up being cinnamon rolls, sweet yoghurt and that’s it! Adding up all the money I HAD to spend for parking and decent breakfast outside, would give me a way nicer place close to the harbor. I do not recommend this place. Better to find something different.

Pros:

Super unsafe area, definitely will not recommend anyone to this place. Super unsafe, homeless everywhere later found out it’s a homeless shelter down the street. There was constant noise at night 2-3am gun shots, fighting, bats, cops. The parks was 8am-10pm so you have to walk 15-20 mins to find parking at night which is insane.

Pros:

It was next to many homeless shelters, there isn’t a parking area valet parking is between 8am-10pm only!! The rooms were extremely small and you can hear everything. Our first night there was many homeless outside and we went to bed there was people fighting outside around 2-3am bats getting thrown, gun shots, police around

EVERYTHING we booked for two nights Friday- Sunday we checked out Saturday morning super unsafe area

No worth the stay
Pros:

The bed was comfy

Cons:

The fact is said it was a 4 star and was no where near a 4 star! The breakfast was awful and the amenities there were none existent! No washing facilities, no fridge, no radiator and the rooms were tiny! Windows were so thin you can hear the screams from the crackheads outside! And Couldn’t sleep from the neighbours tv behind our heads!

Pros:

The bed and pillows were comfortable. The lobby provided space and basic drinks. The staff was nice and were able to hold our luggage both before and after check in/out

Cons:

The street and neighboring rooms were very loud. There was a window panel in the bathroom door. The neighborhood was not a safe place to be after dark and its a few blocks to public transportation.
