Based on local tax laws, Peruvian citizens (and foreigners staying more than 59 days in Peru) must pay an additional fee of 18% .To be exempt from this 18% additional fee (IVA), a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented.

The staff here are very helpful. We did a 5 day trek in-between staying here and they kept our luggage for when we returned, when we checked back in after the trek it was waiting for us in our room.
The hotel itself is lovely and very modern. The breakfast is very good and we used the laundry service too.
It is a little bit outside of the historical centre but not too far, about a 15 minutes walk to the main square and the streets didn't feel unsafe, although we were two and I wouldn't have walked it on my own as it was an unfamiliar place.

Esta é minha segunda vez em Cusco e minha segunda vez ficando em Casa Esmeralda. A experiência foi ainda melhor do que a primeira vez. Nada a reclamar.
O estabelecimento fica a mais ou menos 15 minutos de caminhada da Plaza de Armas. Particularmente, prefiro assim, longe do tumulto.
O hotel é confortável, limpo e muito acolhedor.
Destaque especial para o Fabrizzio e a Urpi que foram muito atenciosos mas todos os funcionários são especiais.

El desayuno puede ofrecer más proteína. El servicio de lavandería no se incluye en la factura del hotel. No hay muchos sitios para cenar cerca, por lo que hay que pedir delivery.
O atendimento foi muito acolhedor, café da manhã maravilhoso, acomodações da casa de uso como são muito agradáveis, localização muito boa, em local silencioso, possui estacionamento, gostamos muito de nos hospedar.

Instalaciones muy bonitas y cómodas, el desayuno es estupendo y el personal super agradable y atento. La limpieza es muy buena y las camas amplias y muy cómodas. Te ofrecen servicio de lavandería. La ubicación es estupenda.
Meilleur hôtel qu'on ait fait à Cuzco. Le personnel est aux petits soins, on nous demande chaque soir ce qu'on veut manger le lendemain pour le petit dejeuner qui est excellent.
Les paniers repas si on vient à partir tôt sont faits en temps et en heure.
L'hôtel est très beau et les chambres très propres.

The front desk staff was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had while we were there. We also loved that breakfast was included with options to choose from.
