We are not happy as there was no parking spot, the staff were not friendly and somehow impolite.

Cost effective. Great location & parking.

Location & parking were great. Very close to water edge & shops.

Cons:

Room and amenities were quite dated. Saying that, there was A/C at least, and they were in the process of painting. Location of room was a maze to find with little instruction or direction by staff.

Ok, not ok.
Pros:

Easy sign in. Friendly staff. Great location. Room 112. Very clean room, clean comfy bed.

Cons:

Shower almost impossible to turn on. Reason being there was no washer in the tap and someone had needed to turn it off way too hard. Subsequently as I couldn't turn it off as hard the tap ran all night and meant there was no hot water in the morning for a shower. I tried to ring them twice after I had left and neither time did anyone answer. No email address on the website either. Later found on Facebook site. Obviously they don't like criticism.
Update. Monday 7/9/2026. I have sent an email, it came back. Sent again, it came back. Checked and double checked email address. Tried another twice by phone again it answers automatically with 3 options which now I have tried all 3 options but no one answers at all.

Terrible. Would not recommend.
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable

Cons:

The paint was peeling off the walls, there were renovations happening that started at 6:30am, there was no hot water one of the nights, there was black mould all over the bedroom walls and there was no cooking equipment in the kitchenette. Awful room and complete waste of money.

Do not book here
Cons:

The room was not cleaned and in poor condition. It smelt very musty/mouldy so we ended up booking accommodation elsewhere as someone in the group was asthmatic and the air quality was very poor.
