Categories

Cleanliness
9.3
Multiple reviews explicitly describe the hotel as 'exceptionally clean' and rooms as very comfortable and well kept, supporting a high cleanliness score.
Service
8.6
Generally praised staff and an outstanding bartender were noted, but a serious negative front-desk billing incident and one report of unprofessional behavior reduce the score slightly.
Location
9.5
Location is repeatedly highlighted as excellent (Brickell, close to port/center, many restaurants and attractions), justifying a top-tier score.
Room Quality
9.1
Rooms are described as modern, comfortable and tastefully furnished in several reviews, indicating strong room quality.
Amenities
8.8
Rooftop pool and bar are repeatedly praised and a focal point, but limited pool hours, occasional lift delays and parking difficulties are noted, slightly lowering the rating.
Value for Money
8.4
Many guests mention good price-quality relationship, yet a prominent negative review cites being overcharged and finding the hotel overpriced for the price paid, reducing the perceived value.
Food and Beverage
9.2
Breakfast is called great by guests and the rooftop bar (and an exceptional bartender) received strong praise, supporting a high rating for F&B.
Overall Experience
9.1
Overall sentiment is very positive with multiple recommendations and praise for cleanliness, location and amenities; isolated negatives (service/billing, pool hours) slightly temper the overall score.
