I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. We booked and prepaid for our stay, completed the online pre-check-in, and then had a flight delay that pushed our arrival to 5:00 a.m. the next day. Before arriving, I called the hotel to let them know we would be checking in late, and I was told everything would be fine.

When we finally arrived, the front desk tried to charge us an additional $400 on top of our prepaid reservation. They insisted that because we arrived at 5:00 a.m. on Friday, it was still considered Thursday night’s check-in, even though we had already communicated our delayed arrival. Instead of helping resolve the issue professionally, the front desk staff gave us a hard time, and one employee even ripped up our reservation paperwork right in front of us, which was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

The disappointment didn’t end there. The rooftop pool closes at 7:00 p.m., which is surprisingly early for a Miami hotel, and the rooftop view was underwhelming. For nearly $500 per night, I expected a much better overall experience.

Between the poor customer service, the billing issues, and the lackluster amenities, this hotel was nowhere near worth the price. I would not stay here again or recommend it to others.

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt in Miami! Das Novotel Miami Brickell hat unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Das Hotel ist modern, sehr sauber und die Zimmer sind komfortabel und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Besonders die Lage in Brickell ist hervorragend – viele Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar.

Die Aussicht aus dem Hotel, der schöne Poolbereich und die angenehme Atmosphäre haben unseren Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Die Kombination aus modernem Komfort, zentraler Lage und entspannter Umgebung ist einfach ideal.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Eine klare Empfehlung für alle, die Miami entdecken möchten!
