My hotel stay was enjoyable.

The breakfast was fantastic. The food and service was great!!!!

Cons:

They over charged us 500$ or more there was vco construction that they painted in the hallway I asked to move rooms because I had asked him for a new room service and they didn't give it to me and I got in at about one at night and I have to move rooms and they charged me for an extra night for a different room they charged me twice for early check-in when I had a 3-day trip they it was the worst trip I've ever had in my life except for the food and the breakfast

Fabulous location great service, comfortable clean and huge rooms.parking is $15/day & bno microwave

Very sleek modern and neat. Convenient parking, nice amenities very pleasant staff. Bathrooms are deluxe, rooms are very quiet and well sounds insulated, the building is very well kept and pretty modern and right next to the art museum which was a nice perk

Cons:

No microwaves in the room. Elevators have these piercingly loud chimes, I mean really loud and are a little slow to move. The mini fridge was smaller than usual and was missing the freezer flap so I couldn't freeze my ice packs but out of the five different hotels I've stayed at on this road trip only one hotel had the flap on the freezer!! The employees keep it so clean I walked into a glass wall that I just simply couldn't see because it was so clean. Sure I'm an idiot too so that didn't help

Overall good place to stay and conveniently located.
Pros:

Staff was wonderful and rooms were great. Beds were comfy and the perfect size! Bathroom was spacious and the shampoo and conditioner they supplied smelled so good!

Cons:

Was not a fan of the lack of basic breakfast items. Also did not appreciate hearing vacuuming at 2 and 3am while trying to sleep. I would think housekeeping would follow the quiet time they posted from 10p-6a.

Pros:

The building looked nice and the rooms looked nice as well.

Cons:

The road to the hotel was full of construction.which made it difficult to get to the hotel. Our room was great however pur fridge did not work and our bathroom door did not want to close either. Our floor ice machine was broken so we could not get ice. We did not have enough towels for the amount of people in the room. The food was not terrivle however it took a while to get our food as there was only one person in the kitchen making everybodies food. I do have to say the mwnu we get with the breakfast included voucher is a little bit disappointing. There were not a lot of options to choose from.
