The room was never cleaned even though it was asked personally one day earlier as posted in the hotel.. The staff did not give me any excuse.

Hotel accogliente, con camere confortevoli, di dimensioni adeguate e dotate di un bagno moderno e funzionale. I letti sono davvero comodi. Un plauso speciale va al personale, sempre estremamente gentile, disponibile e sorridente. La colazione è buona, anche se non particolarmente ricca: la scelta è piuttosto limitata, soprattutto per quanto riguarda i dolci, mentre la proposta salata è sufficiente ma non molto varia.
Molto apprezzata la palestra, ben attrezzata e accessibile 24 ore su 24. Anche la hall e gli spazi comuni sono eleganti, curati e piacevoli da vivere.
L'hotel non si trova nel centro di Stavanger, ma in circa 15 minuti di auto si raggiungono facilmente tutte le principali attrazioni. Nel complesso, una struttura consigliata per chi cerca comfort, tranquillità e un'accoglienza di qualità.
Unico punto migliorabile: nonostante avessimo richiesto il rifacimento della camera, sono stati cambiati solo gli asciugamani, senza riordinare o pulire la stanza.

Känslan av att bo i en kartong. Ligger isolerat i ett industriområde. Personalen i receptionen vid incheckningen kunde vara mer tillmötesgående. Krångligt vid betalning för parkeringsplats, en sida i mobilen som inte fungerade förrän efter flera försök.

It was a little out of town which might not suit everyone
Rational moden accomodation in an industrial-commercial area. Small single chair in the room, with little desk.

Reading lamps very really useful, which is rare.
Breakfast is richer than average.
Room temperature was low. The wall thermometer was a fake. The receptionist put off the request to increase the temperature for a while, than promised to make it. It was letdown,
