Pros:

Reisegrund war ein Konzert im Stadion .Dieses war vom Hotel aus mit der S Bahn in knapp 15 Minuten erreichbar.

一言难尽的服务 / Severe Safety Breach & Terrible Service
The hotel issued a live keycard for my occupied room to a stranger while I was inside, causing serious distress and a total violation of my privacy. Had I not been in the room, my personal belongings would have been completely exposed.
Instead of taking responsibility, the management blamed me for booking extensions online (even though I confirmed my 3-night stay at check-in) and used a complimentary room upgrade as an excuse to deny compensation. Basic security and personal safety cannot be traded for a room upgrade. Extremely disappointing service and accountability. Would not recommend.
