Great service and friendly attentive
Mało kto zna język angielski. Na basenie wymagany czepek ( hotel 5 gwiazdek), słabe i monotonne śniadania, w weekendy wesela.
Brak kawiarni,
Śniadania i obsługa mówiąca tylko po turecku,
Kelnerzy nie rozumieją co zamawiasz

Everything was perfect
The venue is amazing, well Maine’s, super clean and very well organized: meeting all my needs and beyond. The Consierge service was super efficient and professional especially the support provided by Neslihan and Kemal for the check out the shuttle service from the airport. Great breakfast and room service: very high quality.
Whilst the hotel was clean, good spacious room, it more suitable for business travellers and no lesiure holidaymakers.
No access to lounge unless you pay extra, no spa services
Very beautiful hotel with nice stuff who are always ready to help. Restaurant was good and food was delicious. Rooms are comfortable and clean
