The hotel itself was grand , with helpful staff , clean comfy rooms

Lokatie is top, prima kamertje, schoon en vriendelijk personeel.

Ik heb 3 x aangegeven dat m’n airco niet werkte omdat het bedieningspaneel stuk was. Ze hebben t niet kunnen maken gedurende mijn verblijf - dat was een beetje jammer.

Aucun parking disponible , système climatiseur fonctionne presque pas dans la chambre j’ai demandé à l’accueil la dame elle est monté pour vérifier mais elle à pas compris on est dormi avec ventilateur,je ne recommande pas du tout.

No es moderno, estamos en verano en europa y el aire acondicinado de la habitacion no funcionaba, estaba mas frio los pasillos del hotel que mi habitacion, solicite que me cambiaran de habitacion o me dieran una compensacion por la noche y apenas se me acredito 10 euros lo cual me parece bastante incomprensible para dormir muy mal debido a esto y mal servicio al cliente, la muchacha llego con un ventilador y riendose me dijo que usara em ventilador. Creo que las descripciones deben ser reales de los hoteles y si tienen un problema aclararlo antes de que uno llegue al hotel e instalarse o comunicarlo en la recepcion lo cual tampoco lo hicieron

Zelo slabo, glede cene in kvalitete, Sramota da Booking tak hotel sploh ima na svojih straneh.
Cons:

V hotelu Alba smo bivali od 24. do 28. junija 2026 in na žalost je bila naša izkušnja na več ravneh zelo razočarajoča.

Prvič, rezervirali smo prek Booking.com, Na recepciji so nam dodatno zaračunali mestno takso 42 Eur. Ta strošek ni bil predhodno razkrit in se je zdel zavajajoč in nepregleden.

Drugič, razmere v sobi so bile daleč pod tistim, kar smatramo za osnovni standard udobja. Dobili smo sobo 403,, kjer ni bilo zraka, klima NI DELOVALA, temperatura v sobi 30 °C stopinj in več. To smo se prijavili recepciji, vendar zadeve niso hoteli ali želeli rešiti, Celotno bivanje v sobi ni bilo mogoče. tako da smo morali imeti odprta vrata sobe, da je prihajal zrak iz skupnih prostorov hotela.
Sobe nimajo nastavljive klimatske naprave, zato sem se zbujal poten v sobi, kjer je bilo preko 28 °C ponoči !! Na recepciji smo večkrat vprašali, ali jo je mogoče popraviti klimo, in dali so nam ventilator iz 80-ih, ki je zvenel, kot da bo vsak čas eksplodiral, nisem mogel spati z njim. Tudi hladilnik v sobi ni deloval.

Nenazadnje je bila čistoča sobe nesprejemljiva. V hladilniku, na cevi tuša in na delih stene v prostoru za tuširanje je bila vidna plesen, kar je očitna higienska težava in nam je med bivanjem povzročalo veliko nelagodje pri uporabi kopalnice in hladilnika.

Lokacija hotela je tako nevarna in celotno območje smrdi po urinu/odpadkih. Tudi kopalnice smrdijo po urinu.
Čeprav je območje v središču mesta, so ulice ob hotelu očitno rdeča četrt in povsod so smeti. Tukaj se nisem počutil varno. Glede na ceno bi pričakoval boljše udobje.

Tega hotela ne moremo priporočiti in se tukaj ne bi več odločili za bivanje.
BOOKING z navedenim hotelom zavaja potrošnike.
