Freundliches Personal, sauberer Pool und leckeres Frühstück.

Cons:

Die Zimmer riechen feucht und die Terrasse war leider nicht gereinigt.
Das Personal am Pool musste man echt suchen, aber wenn sie mal da waren waren sie sehr nett.

The staff is perfect!
Pros:

The people were absolutely the highlight of our stay! We had a minor issue with our room and reported it to the front desk, went out for the day and when we came back we were given a new better room, our luggage was carefully transferred and we were asked multiple times during our stay if we’re happy and satisfied. We were very impressed and grateful.

Habitación muy limpia, cama muy comoda, muy buen servicio, muy buen desayuno ya que hay de todo y una piscina muy bonita

Cons:

Lo único que no me gustó es la autopista que esta al lado y se escuchan los coches cuando estas en la piscina relajado

Pros:

Property was awesome for our stay! Staff we dealt with were friendly and amazing! Ozan, ahmet and mirac were lovely.

Pool was amazing especially for the summer, gym was awesome!

Cons:

The restaurants prices are insanely high, I would recommend purchasing breakfast included to save because prices are crazy high.

Location is also a bit of a pain, was great for a resort feel hotel but for first time travellers of Istanbul, not a great location.
