Oförskämt dyrt för den standarden och storlek på både rum och säng, det minst prisvärda hotell vi någonsin sovit på. Saknade luftkonditionering!Ganska smutsigt på balkongen. Ointresserad personal i receptionen.

Great location, but disappointing

2. Soap and gel nice and premium
3. Complimentary mint chocolates
4. Clean and nice staff

Cons:

1. Cost was so expensive you would expect a super premium offering. But felt like a substandard place that is getting by on a great location.
2. No climate control. Too hot in summer
3. Basic room. No shelving
4. No floor mat for bathroom
5. Towels thin af. Would have expected fluffy towels for the price, but nope.
6. No hanging space in bathroom. How hard is it to put up a few hooks.
7. They haven't even fixed the holes they made when moving the soap dispenser
8. Mattress is soft af. Felt like a foam mattress
9. No light controls near bed
10. Power switches near bed are really inconvenient location
11. Built in USB ports are so slow.

Adequate accommodation.

Cons:

Not much to do in the tiny village of Flåmsbrygga. It is like a theme park. We decided to cut our time down and left a day early. One night is adequate.

Pros:

Läget vid fjorden och tågen, vackra vyer.

Cons:

Bra boende överlag men till det priset man betalar var förväntningarna betydligt högre, dvs inte värt priset! Frukosten var ganska intetsägande och medioker inget extra.

Morgonmålet var ett av de bästa jag ätit på hotell.

Cons:

Rummet var väldigt varmt fastän jag hade dörren öppen hela natten. Tur fanns det en dörr att ha öppen.

Surprised to find the tiny port of Flam so overcrowded with Cruise passengers in the daytime.
Pros:

Lovely breakfast buffet with many Norwegian cheeses, meats, fish, eggs, plus yogurts, fresh fruit, granola, very nice fresh bread. Evenings on the property were lovely, beautiful views of the fjord and the mountains. Walking in the area was nice. Easy walking distance from the train station.

Cons:

Giant cruise ships arrive in front of the hotel at 7:00am and don't leave until 6:00pm. 3,000 - 5,000 people disembark and fill the area surrounding the hotel. It is impossible to see the water & mountains with the ships there during the daytime.

Pros:

The rooms were very nice and beds were very comfortable. Alex at front desk was very welcoming and informative. I enjoyed my dinner up at the brew pub next door. Great chefs!

Cons:

We were put in a different side building of the hotel that is right next to all the food and shops. We weren't actually in the hotel. This was communicated on our reservation at all. I wanted to be in the old hotel. There were people up all night talking and partying until 2am right below our room where all the wooden tables are.
