Excellent!
Pros:

We stayed here for 2 nights on a larger tour of Norway and I can say it was definitely a highlight. The staff were all so friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The room was comfortable with the most amazing views from the balcony. Small touches like water/chocolates added to the special feel of the hotel. We had breakfast and dinner included and wow what amazing food and again a really high level of service. I cannot fault this hotel and our stay was excellent.

Pros:

The hotel was nice, good location.

Cons:

The bathroom had a terrible smell. They told us it was because some renovation were done but this has to be fixed. We had a nice view, but when the cruises arrived we lost it all so the up charge makes no sense. It also made a terrible sound at 6am which should be warned to clients as these cruises are common enough there.

Sewage smell ruined stay.
Cons:

Overpriced, hyper tourist spot that did not care about its customers when issues with sewage bathroom smell was raised twice. Both booked rooms smelled horrendous and it was apparent that there are sewage issues. We did not dare to take showers as the smell was overwhelming and even interfered with sleeping. When raised with hotel staff explanations as to the reason for the bad smell were not sufficient nor was any action taken or reimbursement offered.

Perfect place for a night stay in Flam!
Pros:

I loved my stay! The room was very clean, comfortable, and nicely set up. The view from the balcony was beautiful, and the location was perfect for my one-night stay. It was just a 3-minute walk to the train station and fjord cruise departure, and about 5 minutes from the kayaking meeting point.

I'm so glad I decided to spend the night in Flåm. The village is incredibly peaceful in the evening and early morning after the day-trippers and cruise visitors have left, making it a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the scenery.

Cute hotel with great views
Pros:

It’s a 3 star hotel so the rating is relative to that. Beds were comfy, bathroom was adequate and the view was lovely from the balcony (even better without cruise ship).

Only complaint is that the room was really warm and not easy to cool down without opening everything (and some weird holes in the wall presumably for sockets).

WiFi was nice and casting to TV also worked well. We had a nice walk from the hotel to Brekkefossen, but for the rest there is not much in Flåm and eating opportunities are limited.

Fine, but expensive
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Cons:

The price is extortionate for what you get, rooms are small, bathroom is clean but nothing special. Unfortunately in terms of views you’re either looking at a car park or a cruise ship. Television doesn’t work very well.

Cons:

Oförskämt dyrt för den standarden och storlek på både rum och säng, det minst prisvärda hotell vi någonsin sovit på. Saknade luftkonditionering!Ganska smutsigt på balkongen. Ointresserad personal i receptionen.

Great location, but disappointing

Cons:

1. Cost was so expensive you would expect a super premium offering. But felt like a substandard place that is getting by on a great location.
2. No climate control. Too hot in summer
3. Basic room. No shelving
4. No floor mat for bathroom
5. Towels thin af. Would have expected fluffy towels for the price, but nope.
6. No hanging space in bathroom. How hard is it to put up a few hooks.
7. They haven't even fixed the holes they made when moving the soap dispenser
8. Mattress is soft af. Felt like a foam mattress
9. No light controls near bed
10. Power switches near bed are really inconvenient location
11. Built in USB ports are so slow.
