Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Lovely staff. Definitely recommend.
Pros:

Staff were excellent, and very helpful. We enquired if we could change rooms due to having shower over the bath, which was a little difficult getting into due to a hip complaint. (My fault as I should have enquired about this when I booked the room ) the staff were wonderful and changed us to another room. There was a good choice for breakfast.

L’hôtel est très charmant, confortable, aussi c’est très agréable de prendre le vélo pour aller jusqu’au centre ville, ou se balader sur les quais. Dès le début on a été très bien accueillis, et ça a été le point fort de notre séjour ! Un grand merci à Emily pour sa gentillesse, et grâce à son aide pour les excursions, on a passé des moments superbes. De façon générale toute l’équipe est sympathique. Notre meilleure expérience d’hôtel au Viêt Nam.

Schönes ruhiges Hotel, hervorragender Service
Pros:

Das Personal war super lieb und hat viele Tips gegeben. Immer gefragt ob wir etwas brauchen.
Die Anlage ist schön ruhig. Trotzdem ist die Stadt Fußläufig erreichbar. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir den Service und die Gastfreundlichkeit von der lieben Jessie :).

Amazing experience!!!
Pros:

Our stay at this hotel will be truly unforgettable. Great facilities, delicious and rich breakfast, perfect location. The staff were exceptional—kind, welcoming, and incredibly helpful! For the first time, we felt that the staff genuinely cared about our experience, not only at the hotel but also about how we were enjoying the area. They were always there to help us with anything we needed. An absolutely amazing experience!

Heel leuke plek op loopafstand van de old city
Pros:

Leuk niet al te massaal, goed eten en drinken. Personeel heel attent en vriendelijk. Staan altijd klaar voor extra informatie over wat te doen.

Cons:

Helemaal prima, kamers netjes schoon en groot genoeg.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Hoi An Odyssey Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations — the hotel is beautiful, peaceful, and very well maintained.

What really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the whole hotel has a relaxing atmosphere that makes you feel at home.

The location is also excellent — quiet enough to relax, while still being very convenient for exploring Hoi An. After a long day out, it was always a pleasure to come back to the hotel and enjoy the pool and peaceful surroundings.

The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the service throughout our stay was excellent.

We genuinely enjoyed every moment here and would happily stay again. One of the best hotel experiences we’ve had in Vietnam. Highly recommended!

Pros:

Déjeuner assez varié. Personnel très disponible. Précieuses attentions. Piscine agréable. Confort appreciable. En retrait du centre ville trop agité.

Cons:

Salle de bain et toilettes ne sont pas assez séparés de l'espace de vie.

Prachtig hotel!
Pros:

Alles was echt super! Het zwembad, de rustige ligging maar met de gratis fietsen ben je direct in het centrum, het ontbijt, de bedden en niet te vergeten het fantastische personeel. Ze zijn superlief en helpen je met alles. Anh boekte ook een geweldige easy rider tour die we zeker aanbevelen.

スタッフの方々はとても親切でフレンドリーでした母の誕生日を伝えると部屋を誕生日ルームにコーデしてくれてケーキまで用意してくれました

Cons:

部屋からの眺望がダメですね目の前には川が見えますがその前に廃墟のホテルが不気味ですプールも小さく噴水かと思いました部屋のバスタブもかなり大きく深く小柄な母は出入りに苦労してましたしシャワーカーテンがロールなので隙間から水が外に漏れてビショビショでしたお風呂は苦労しました何故評価が高いのか不思議でした
