Our expectations were met.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Room size was good. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced. Staff is very cooperative and helpful.

Cons:

The hotel is quite some distance away from most of Astana's attractions. They are also short staffed we had to lug our many bags to the room ourselves.
