Pros:

Хороший отель, очень ухоженный и комфортный, с отличным расположением. Очень удобная кровать. Вкусные завтраки. Есть возможность размещения в аппартаментах с миникухней.

Cons:

Главная проблема, это пофигизм низшего звена обслуживающего персонала. В аппартах где есть плита, но нет никакой посуды. С трудом удалось добиться кострюли, но не принесли ни вилки и ложки ни тарелки. Пришлось просить отдельно. В номере есть мойка, но нет средств для мытья посуды. На вопрос о них, нас заверили что ничего мыть не надо. В результате номер убирали 2 раза, а гора немытой посуды так и осталась лежать в раковине.
Охрана никак не следит чтобы никто не бросал машины на подъездной дорожке ко входу отеля, в результате такси не могут подъехать и с багажом приходится идти на улицу.

Great lobby bar and staff it would benefit from training cleaners

location, big room, great reception and lobby bar staff as well as room service. Nice cuisine good cook

Cons:

kitchenette had absolutely no dishes, cleaning staff are reclckless. once left clean towels on my door rty suitcase, second time the door of the suit remained unlocked when I came it was open

Pros:

У меня был очень трудный день. Я пришел в лобби, чтобы расслабиться. В какой то момент бармен в фойе что то мне ответил, я нагрубил. Далее вызвали бандитов, полицию и всех кого можно было. Сначала угрожали а потом забрали в полицию. Я считаю, что человек который работает в круглосуточном баре, должен быть готов ко всем клиентам…больше я туда не ногой.
