Pros:

L'hôtel est très bien placé dans le quartier très vivant de Bukit Bintang : malls, KLCC, Jalan Alor à proximité.
Les transports permettent d'y accéder facilement.
Petit déjeuner et tea time inclus permettent de démarrer la journée et de faire une pause.
Le personnel est adorable et les chambres sont extrêmement propres.
Le roof top est très agréable.

The location is excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

Cons:

At first glance, the apartment looked decent, although a bit dated. However, after taking a closer look, we noticed a lot of dust under the bed, dirty walls, and other areas that clearly hadn’t been cleaned properly. It felt like the cleaning was only done in the most visible places, while the rest was overlooked.

The hotel is high standards. Staff, food, quality of room and services were really at 5 star level. Glad to have had this place. easily connectable with public transport as well

Nejlepší ubytování, doporučuji všem. Od přivítacího drinku, přes nejlepší svačinky, nádherné vybavení, ochotnou obsluhu, nádherný výhled až po nejlepší lokaci. Děkujeme za nádherný pobyt. V Kuala Lumpur bych již nebydlela jinde.

Cons:

Měla jsem obavy vzhledem k předešlým recenzím o zchátralém okolí. Je to nejlepší místo a ano, jsou tam i pro Evropany “ horší “ ulice, ale tak prostě vypadají a žijí lidé v tomto městě a všichni bohužel nejsou bohatí.

Pros:

Alles klopt! Prima locatie, schone kamer, leuke bar bij het zwembad op het dakterras. Heel attent personeel. Vanaf 1600 uur gratis high tea met eten. Zelfs noedels ( ik hou niet zo van zoet).
Wij raden dit hotel aan iedereen aan. Prijs kwaliteit klopt wat ons betreft.

Un hotel elegante ma non formale in pieno centro
Pros:

La struttura è in pieno centro di fronte alla strada dei grandi magazzini per gli acquisti.E' elegante ma nello stesso tempo informale . Le stanze sono ampie con una grande vetrata panoramica sulla città.sempice ma funzionale la piscina. Ottima la merenda che offrono agli ospiti dalle 3 alle 5 p.m. pietanze sia salate che dolci e anche del buon vino ,abitualmente non in uso in un paese mussulmano.
Buona la prima colazione con pochi ma buoni dolci.

Cons:

Qualche dolce in più a colazione anche se quelli presenti sono molto buoni.
